C ) As Per Goi Circular No. Cgwb / Cr / Authority_Noc / Ngt / 2016 / 722 Dated 27 / 06 / 2016 Obtaining Permission ( Noc ) Of Central Ground Water Authority ( Cgwa ) For Ground Water Abstraction With Due Recommendation State Pollution Control Board ( Mpcb ) As Directed By Engineer In Charge Including All Expenses For Manpower For Designing, Drawing, Liasoning, Stationary, Transportation Etc. Complete. Activity : At The Time Of Ec Permission Of Proposal, Consent To Establishment Shall Be Obtain From Pollution Board ( Mpcb ) . Design Of Stp And Drawing Shall Be Submitted For Same. After Completion Of Project Consent To Operate For Stp Shall Be Taken From Pollution Board. Same Shall Be Submitted For Completion Certificate Of Project. ( Applicable For 3 Projects ) 2 Providing Consultancy Services For Preparing Six Monthly Monitoring Report Of Environmental Status Report Of Project And Submitting In The Month Of January And June Every Year ( Twice A Year ) . Report The Same To Pcmc Office. Monthly Reporting To Pcmc Regarding Environmental Status Of Project In Terms Of Checklist For All Projects Till The Completion Of Project. Including Expenses For Manpower, Designing, Drawing, Liasoning, Stationary, Transportation Etc. Complete. Excluding Service Tax Or Applicable Tax.
