Tender For Enterprise Gis System For Msedcl: Qualifying Requirements: I.A Bidder Must Be A Single Entity. No Joint Ventures Or Consortium Will Be Permitted. Iii.The Bidder Should Have Average Annual Turnover Of At Least Rs. 75.00 Lakh (Rs. Seventy Five Lakh) For The Last Three Financial Years. Iv.The Bidder Should Have A Positive Net Worth, In Each Of The Last Three Financial Years As Per Audited Accounts. V.The Bidder Should Have Executed At Least One Gis Project (Software Developments And Customization And Mapping And Digitization) In Utility (Power Gas/Water/ Telecom Sectors) Or Infrastructure Sector (Rail/Road/Port/Airport) During The Last Three Financial Years. Vi.The Bidder Should Have An Experience In Development, Deployment And Maintenance Of Software Applications Designed For Electrical Transmission And / Or Distribution System. Vii.The Bidder Shall Have Worked With A Transmission And / Or Distribution Company For Atleast 3 Years. Viii.The Bidder Should Have Worked In Open Source Gis System. Ix.The Bidder Should Have Been In The Gis Software Development And Customization Or Mapping Or Digitization Services For The Last 3 Years. X.The Bidder Should Have At Least 5 Personnel On Its Rolls With An Experience In Gis Field Including Experience In Gis Software Development And Customization Or Mapping Or Digitization. Xi.The Bidder Must Be Iso 9001:2000 And Registered With Service Tax Department. Brief Scope Of Work : The Scope Of Work Includes The Following Activities: I.Develop And Deploy New Enterprise Gis System (Using Open Source Tools) Integrated With Msedcl Mobile Apps. Provisioning Of Map Services And Creation Of Network For Entire Msedcl Areas From Authorized Sources For The Period Of 7 Years. Iii.Migration Of Existing R-Apdrp Gis Data Into New Gis System. Iv.Integrating The New Gis System With Other Msedcl Software Modules. V.Providing Software Support Services And Managed Data Services For 5 Years
