The Firm Will Certify That The Brad Quoted In The Tender Is The Same As Is Marketed By It In The General Market. 5 . Firms Should Submit Sample To The Consignee If Required For Checking Feel, Finish, General Characteristics And Potency.6 . Offers Of The Firms Suspected To Have Quoted In Carter Are Liable To Be Ignored For Placement Of Order. The Decision Of Railway Administration In This Regard Will Be Final And Binding. 7 . Proper Execution And Completion Of The Contract Is The Sole Responsibility Of The Firm Participating In The Tender, Even If The Supply Is Made Through Authorized Distributors/Supplier As Per Firms Authorization In The Tender Offer . 8 . Mrp Of The Offered Brand Must Be Mentioned In Remarks Column Or As An Attachment. 9 . Each Packet/Bottle/Box Containing The Items Should Have Printing/Stamping With Inedible Ink - For Zonal Railway - Not For Sale. Firm Should Put Their Holo Gram On Products/Cartons.
