BRR : 5528229 Tender For Petty Repair And Other B/R Works At Sector 28 & 47 At Af Stn Chandigarh.; 1 Note :The unit rate quoted by the tenderer under Col No (13) of Sch `A’ (BOQ) unless specifically mentioned otherwise such as labour only/fixing only,for all items of works shall be deemed to be including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, testing and commissioning of work in position complete as required for entire completion of work. 2 Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Plain cement concrete ,25 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0,using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in sub base finished even & rough to receive the bedding mortarin andincluding demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish outside MoD land ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Plain cement concrete ,40 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1,using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in flooring finished even & smooth using extra cement @1.20 Kg /Sqmin andincluding demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish outside MoD land ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Tile work to be executed in any position or in any patches or as per site requirement. 13 Machine cut kota stone slab flooring of 17-18 mm thick laid over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and complete and 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 in and including demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid bedded and pointed in cement mortarand removal of rubbish outside MoD land ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. 14 Granite (of any type ) 16-18 mm thick, work (table rubbed and polished) fine grained Z black/red incooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 in and including demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid bedded and pointed in white cement with pigment and removal of rubbish outside MoD land ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. 15 Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made machine pressed interlocking paver blockof M-35 grade ofany shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment (In top layer) laidover and including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layerfilling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra in and including demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid bedded and pointed in white cement with pigment and removal of rubbish outside MoD land ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.Note : Quoted rates are inclusive of fine sand and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. 16 All as per item No. 14 here in before but except tiles/paver,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.Notes :- (i) Serviceable paver block received from demolition of item no.14 above and against this item will be re-used after proper cleaning/washing. No extra payment will be paid on this account .(ii) Quoted rates are inclusive of fine sand and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. 17 Rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 18 Rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 19 Rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement in and including taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, and removal of rubbish outside MoD land ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: (i).Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding & formwork for building upto 12.00 m high.(ii) No extra payment made to contractor for work in small patches as required at site/as directed.(iii) All safety measures for the safety of workers shall be ensured by contractor before execution of work. welding hinges or removing the steel window and re-fixing after making shutter in serviceable condition, including resceuring/replacement of damaged hinges, handle and tower bolt etc and making good to existing hinges,handles,tower bolts etc,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:-No extra payment given to contractor for replacement hinges,handles,tower bolts etc 26 Petty repair to existingwooden/PVC/particle board cup board of any size,any description and at any position by taking down and refixing after reapir/renewal of unserviceable hinges/lock/knobs/handle/hasp & staple/ magnetic catcher etc of any type and size in steel,woodeen,particle board cup boards including necessary welding work as required complete all as per existing pattern ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- No extra payment given to contractor for replacement of damaged lock/knobs/handle/hasp & staple/ magnetic catcher etc 27 Resecuring or easing & adjusting of Shutters of any description n exc 1 sq. m each without taking down,after minor repairfor smooth functioning and making good surfaces as per the existing n.exc 1.00 sq.mfrom chokhats of Mild steel/wooden of any description and refixing in same opening after necceasry minor repair and renewal of necessary hardware fittings as required at site inlcuding Impt Note:1. Measurement for disposal shall be taken by measuring the size of the trolly. The net volume of the malba disposed shall be reduced by 20% for voids for making payment. 224 Extraction of Pump & Motor including all accessories from the existing Borewell 225 Lowering of Pump & Motor including all accessories in the Borewell 226 Brick work with FPS brick work of class 7.5 at all levels usingbricks obtained after dismantling/supplied by SCL as per direction of E-I-C 227 a) Cement mortar ( 1 Cement: 6 Coarse Sand) 228 Cleaning sewer line Man holes including removing the top Mild steel covers, grills and refixing the same after removal of earth biomass, foreign material etc, from inside the Manhole, cleaning & removing the same at the identified location in SCL Premises including cleaning of inlet and outlet of pipes etc., all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 229 Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre) (if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account) 230 Cleaning and desilting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 231 Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm dia for all depth. 232 Cutting holes of required size in brick masonry wall for fixing of exhaust fan including providing and fixing 300 mm dia PVC pipe conforming BIS-12818 and making good the same etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 233 Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning for surface etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 234 Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick , 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 235 Supply of Hydraulic excavator(3D)with diesel and fuel 236 Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame (Medium Density) of required shape, size and approved quality- 237 Re-lettering work with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture on surface of specified size. 238 Lettering work with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufactureon wall/board of specified size. 239 Making Logo on wall/board by black japan paint of size upto 300 x 300mm 240 Making border upto 2 wide around the boards/written surfaceon wall/board by black Japan paint.
