No. Item Description 1 Erection of various structures & equipments 2 Erection of main and auxiliary structure consisting of columns, beams, peaks, masts etc. and auxiliary structures required for installation of Bays ATM, AXM, YMM, XPM, BBL, BTI, BCT, ALP etc. including shifting of all material i.e. structure parts nuts, bolts washer etc. from store to site of erection, erection of structure as per drawings and practices using flat and spring washer with each bolt. Matching of holes, cutting, matching of member if required shall also be done by the contractor without any extra cost to complete the work satisfactorily. Consumable material etc. for proper completion of work. 29 Laying of 40 mm din MS round bar, 700 mm below the ground level along with shifting of MS round bar from store to work site including cutting straightening welding painting excavation of trench etc. along with back filling of excavated trench after laying earth mat 30 Fabrication of 3 Meter long Electrode with 40 mm dia MS Round Bar having 150 mm long contont shape and then its pleroing vertieally, mside the Ground with top 700 mm below ground level including shifting of MS Round Bar from store to Switchyard. 31 Making of 150 mm long Lap Joint of above laid 40 mm dia Round barby due cutting, Straighteningwelding on both sides. 32 Making of 150 mm long Lap Joint of above laid 40 mm dia Roundbar to connect with existing Earth Mat of the sub station by due welding on bothe sides. 33 Making of cross Joint of abvoe laid 36 mm dia MS Round Bar, 700 MM below Ground Level by due welding at all 4 corners including providing & welding of suitable size MS Angle Piepe on opposited corners. 34 Making of End Joint of above laid 36 mm dia MS Round with Top of Vertically Pierced MS Electrodes, 700 mm below Ground Level by due welding. 35 2 point earthing of structure and equipments with 75x10 and 50x6 mm MS flats by digging 0.7 meter deep trench in earth from equipments to substation earthmat which includes providing,cutting,welding and bending of MS flats as well as shifting of materials from store to site.All materials including MS flat to be provided by contractor. 36 MS Flat 50x6 mm 37 MS Flat 75x10mm 38 MS Flat 25x6mm 39 Painting of earthing strip of various size with 1 coat of red oxide and 2 coat of Bus green ISI paint including vertical suppport. Paint to be provided by contractor. 40 MS Flat 50x6 mm 41 MS Flat 75x10mm 42 MS Flat 25x6mm 43 Making mesh earthing(AS per drawing) for 120KV LA and conecting with existingearthmatefor 132KV Mallawan I&II 44 Miscellaneous work 45 Installation ,Laying,test & commissioning off links etc. of 48 fibre (DWSM) OPGW fibre optic cable alongwith all neccesary hardware 46 Supply & fixing of 150 watt LED Street light lattice Structure or 132KV GI Pipe bracket complete LED light with high power LED and unique lux value up to ensure uniform light distribution, luminaries single piece aluminum body suitable for 150 watt LED on GI pipe bracket complete in all respect including cost of lamp internal control gear Cat-A Philips / Bajaj / Crompton make with 02 year warrenty . This work including cable connection and all other associated work to complete the job as per technical specification including cost of man, material andT&P etc. 47 Installation, testing, and commissioning of a 63 kVA DG Set at 132kV S/S Bangarmau,Unnao for uninterrupted system operation. The contractor shall provide all required manpower, materials (DG set, AMF panel, cables, earthing system, foundation items), and T&P (crane, tools, test kits, safety gear). Work includes placement, interconnection, earthing, and commissioning of the DG Set with full-load testing. DG Set must conform to CPCB-II norms. A 24-month warranty with free service shall be ensured. 48 Installation, testing, and commissioning ofoutdoor 415V AC Lighting Distribution Board (LDB) at Bangarmau for proper functioning , as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. All required manpower, tools, testing equipment, and earthing of the LDB shall be in the contractors scope. 49 Installation, testing, and commissioning of Bay Marshelling Kiosk at Bangarmau for proper functioning , as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. All required manpower, tools, testing equipment, and earthing of the Marshelling Kioskshall be in the contractors scope. 50 Obtaining No objection certificate from office of Electrical safety Directorate, Lucknow for first time energization of 02 Nos. 132 KV Bays with extension of 132 KV Main Bus and Transfer Bus. ROAD CULVERTSDesign Engineering and construction of Pipe culvert(s) at suitable locations under the approach road (from main PWD/ HUDA/Municipal/Village road to the sub-station entry point) including, cost of labour, material complete in all respects as per I.R.C. Standards. 129 10. BOUNDARY WALL10.1 Supply of labour, material and construction of front, C & U/C boundary walls including main gate foundations as per GELO/CLO, technical specifications. & HVPNL drg. HCD/TS-1176 R3 including excavation backfilling, lean & DPC complete in all respect.i) 6 ft. high with GI barbed wire on angles at top. 130 ii) 4½ ft. high front wall including providing grill at top of wall & construction of main entrance gate (with wicket gate). 131 iii) 4½ ft. side wall with GI barbed wire 132 10.2 Supply of labour, T&P, material and construction of front, side & U/C boundary walls including main gate(s) (brickwork below DPC level) as per GELO/CLO, tech. spec. & HVPNL drawings complete in all respects. 133 11. U/C FENCING & GATESProviding & fixing chain link fencing including foundations, GI angle iron posts and gate(s) complete as per electrical layout & tech. spec. & as per drawing attached. 134 12. DRAINAGE–CUM-RAIN HARVESTING SYSTEMThe successful bidder shall evolve design & drawing for drains, manholes with RCC covers andsettlement tankincluding preparation of drainage layout drawing for disposal of rain water from building’s roof top & switch yard (s/stn.) area into respective bore well(s) in such a way that there shall be no ponding of water on the roof and switch yard (s/stn.). The layout so developed shall be got approved from the employer. The location of sump-pit-cum-pump chamber shall preferably be locatedon corner(s) of the s/stn. and shall be got decided from the concerned XEN/Civil Works Division on the basis of surroundings of the substation(s). The successful bidder will also supply labour and material for construction of sump-pit-cum-pump chamber as per HVPNL drgs. & provide one no. non clog pump(s) of 5HP of reputed make capacity with main switch, starter, volt meter, Amp. Mtr. etc. (for each sump pit) for disposal of excess water to outfall point. Any other item(s) not mentioned herein but is/are required for completion of works shall be done by the successful bidder without any extra cost to the employer.i) Drain Section-1 135 ii) Drain Section-2 136 iii) Drain Section-3 137 iv) Road Crossing 138 v) Trench Crossing 139 vi) Sump Pit Cum Pump Chamber 140 13. RCC M-20 inclusive of labour, material, shuttering, Steel reinforcement etc. complete in all respects to compensate excess quantity required to be executed due to difference in existing ground level and the formation level to be fixed after contouring or difference on account of revised drg issued at the time of construction and the tender drg.
