SUB STATION KURSI ROAD UNDER E.T.D. - II, LUCKNOW Sl. No. Item Description 1 Following Works are to be carried out at 220 K.V. Sub Station Kursi Road, Lucknow for replacement of existing 100 MVA 220 / 132 KV Transformer (EMCO make) by new 160 MVA 220 / 132 KV Transformer (TAL make) alongwith associated works against Increasing Capacity including all cost of men, T&P, Crane, 6 - 12 KL / Hr. capacity Centrifuging Machine with Operator, Carriage Vehicle etc. to complete the job satisfactorily as per direction of site Engineer : 2 Draining of Oil from 100 MVA EMCO make Transformer at 220 KV Sub Station Kursi Road into 209 Liter Capacity Oil Drums. 3 Dismantling of existing 120 KV LAs alongwith associated structures instailed in 100 MVA 220/132 KV Transformer Bay after due cutting of earthing, opening of jumpers etc. (1 Job per L.A. with structure). 4 Complete dismantling of all the water & air pipe lines, pipe supports etc. of Emulsifire Systern around the 100 MVA 220/132KV Transformer alongwith Shifting & Stacking of all the dismantled items at safe storage place at the Sub Station. 5 Opening of HV & LV side Jumpers, Removal of Neutral & Main Tank Earthing, Opening of Control / Power Cable Connections of 100 MVA 220/132 KV Transformer including opening of connections of associated OLTC & Marshalling Box. 6 Complete safe Dismantling of the accessories of 100 MVA 220/132 KV Transformer including opening of Jumpers, removal of earthing, opening of Cable connections, Removal of Conservator Tank, Pipe Lines, Bushings, Cooling Fans & Pumps, Marshaling Box, Radiators after Draining of Radiator Oil in empty Drums then fixing of blanking plates on the radiators, pipe lines, conservator tank turret etc. (Suitable Blanking Plate including Bolts & Nuts as required if not available at substation, shall be provided/arranged by the Contractor.) 7 Safe Shifting & proper Stacking at storage place of all the dismantled accessories of 100 MVA 220/132 KV Transformer i.e. Conservator Tank, Pipe Lines, Bushings, Cooling Fans & Pumps, Marshaling Box, Radiators, Headers, A Frame etc. and T/F Oil Drums at the safe storage place at the Sub Station. 8 Proper packing of HV/LV neutral bushings of the dismantled 100 MVA 220/132 KV Transformer in separate wooden cases / crates of the bushings after proper wrapping of bushing with polythene sheet alongwith reparing of wooden cases, to be provided by contractor. 9 (A) Shifting of Main Tank of the dismantled 100 MVA (EMCO make) 220/132 KV Transformer from the Plinth up to 20 Meter distance including turning of Tank, as required. 10 (B) Additional Shifting of the tank of above transformer upto 200 Meter distance. (01 Job for every 5 Meter and / or part there of) 11 Dismantling and shifting of existing 100 MVA TF RTCC panel from ACDB room including opening connection of control cables , identifying cables for future connection & shifting RTCC panel at place of storage as per instructions of supervising engineer (SDO/JE) 12 (A) Shifting of Main Tank of the new 160 MVA (TAL make) 220/132 KV Transformer to its Plinth from Place of Unloading up to 20 Meter distance including turning of Tank, as required. 13 (B) Additional Shifting of the tank of above transformer upto 120 Meter distance. (01 Job for every 5 Meter and / or part there of) 14 Complete erection of the 160 MVA (TAL make) Transformer including its radiators, conservator tank, turrets, connecting pipe lines, HV / HV / neutral bushings, cooling fans, OLTC drive mechanism box, marshalling box, OTI, WTI, capillary tubes etc. 15 Supply of dry Nitrogen gas having DEW point (-60°C to -65°C) under vacuum fro top valve of the transformer upto pressure of 2PSI (as per tehcnical norms of Transformer) and maintaning the same in the main tank for 12 Hrs. including cost of nitrogen gas and nitrogen gas filling device for dry cycle. 16 Create the vacuum inside the T/F tank & maintain it for 24 Hrs. dry air cycle of T/F creating vacuum inside the main tank of T/F, maintaning it for 24 Hrs. then filling of dry air bearing dew point (-60°C to -65°C) for 24 Hrs. And repeating the same till the PPM value of main tank is achieved below 05 PPM filling the oil step by step in 160 MVA T/F. 17 Centrifuging of completed T/F oil in T/F oil tank by connecting centrifuging machine to be provided by the contractor and taking the BDV,PPM & IR values of the oil & TF bushings periodically till the required value in achieved as per direction of Supervising Engineer (Centrifuging machine, BDV & PPM machine, megger shall be arranged by the contractor). After centrifuging ,DGA test of oil sample is to be carried out. 18 Carriage of oil tank of 20KL (01 Nos) capacity from 220 KV S/S Chinhat to 220 KV S/S Kursi Road distance upto 20 KM including loading and unloading at respective place and after work completion. Carriage of oil tanks of 20 KL (01 Nos.) from 220 K.V. Sub Station Kursi Road to 220 KV S/S Chinhat. 19 Delta earthing of 160 MVA Transformer consisting of fabrication of delta set with 03 Nos. 40 mm / 33 mm dia size 03 Mtr. ling electrode, its placing inside ground and connecting all the these electrode with 75x10mm M.S. Flat 700 mm deep and connecting the same with earthmat at two places. Also connecting delta to earth mat of substation at two places as per drawing provided by site engineer from UPPTCL. The work also to be done for painting the welding joint in black colour below earth level and green colour above ground level in two coats. (MS Rods & MS Flat will be provided by the department free of cost). 20 Erection of 132 KV LAs including erection of associated ALP structures, earthing of the LAs with existing M.S. Flat and jumpering with ACSR Zebra Conductors to connect with 132 KV Jack Bus with the help of ACSR Zebra Conductor, associated terminal connectors, P.G. Clamps etc. (01 Job per LA with associated structure). 21 Jumpering of HV side bushing of the 160 MVA transformer to connect with HV side CTs through 220 KV LAs with ACSR Zebra Conductor, associated terminal connectors etc. 22 Jumpering of LV side bushing of the 160 MVA transformer to connect with LV side CTs through 132 KV LAs with ACSR Zebra Conductor, associated terminal connectors, PG Clamps etc. 23 Laying of following size control cables from C&R panel to marshalling box/equipment/ junction box etc in switch yard for new 160 MVA T/F as per cable schedule along with saddling at every 750mm distance with MS saddles of size 25x3 sq mmincluding carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back remaoning drumsto store after work completion. The work shall also include interconnection of control cables with marshalling box , OLTC panel to RTCC panel, ferruling, dressing of cables and other associated works for satisfactory completion of job as per technical specificatons: 24 2C x 2.5 sq mm 25 4C x 2.5 sq mm 26 6C x 2.5 sq mm 27 10C x 2.5 sq mm 28 Erection of new 160 MVA TF RTCC panel including shifting from place of storage to ACDB room as per directions of site engineer (SDO/JE). 29 Earthing of main tank, marshalling box, drive mechanism, Transformer neutral, , RTCC panel etc of new 160 MVA Transformer with 50 x 6 mm and 75 x 10 mm size MS flats, its jointing with already existing earth mats/ deltas including necessary modification in existing support for earthing of neutral bushing for its earthing work and then painting of earthing strips as per technical specifications. 30 Making termination / connection of the control & power cables as per new cable schedule of 160 MVA Transformer, RTCC Panel, control & relay panel, cooling fans, pumps, marshalling box. OLTC, driving mechanism etc. dressing & binding of additional control cables, if required as per site requirement alongwith making necessary holes in the gland plate / box, wherever required including providing & fixing of cable glands of appropriate sizes providing of ferrules etc. 31 Testing of new 160 MVA Transformer 32 Conducting test of 160 MVA T/F (M/s TAL make) by arranging appropriate equipments for following items :-i.
