Carry out followings tests on Concrete for assessing quality and condition of concrete. These tests are inclusive of spot preparation required for the tests (A) Non-Destructive Test of Concrete as per IS: 13311 (Part 1): 1992: Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity for checking homogeneity of the concrete. (Minimum Nos. of tests to be carried out - 500 Nos.) (B) Non-Destructive Test of Concrete as per IS: 13311 (Part 2): 1992: Rebound Hammer for assessing the likely compressive strength of concrete. (Minimum Nos. of tests to be carried out - 500 Nos.) No separate payment will be made for carrying out these tests. 1.3.2. Submit detailed report on health and stability of the engineering construction / structures based on visual Inspection and NDT results along with recommendations. 1.3.4. Prepare and submit two copies of Stability Certificates for the engineering constructions / structures in Form 1A issued by competent person as per the Rule 3A of Maharashtra Factories Rules 1963. 1.3.5. Submit one copy of stability certificates to the Office of Director of Industrial Health and Safety (DISH) for their information and one copy to BPCL along with soft copy for records. 1.3.6. Submit all clarifications, explanations etc. that may be required by Factory Inspector regarding the stability / analysis of engineering constructions / structures. Also, attend to all queries from the department of Industrial Safety & Health during validity of the certificate at no additional cost. 1.3.7. Arrange site visits as required by the Factory Inspectors, including arrangement of transport facilities for their visits and all other facilities the DISH officials may require. 1.3.8. All liasioning activities with the office of DISH and or any other Govt. Department Offices. 2.0 TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 2.1. Necessary documents / drawings of Engineering Construction / Structures, equipments and building to the extent available shall be provided to you by BPCL for conducting your analysis for completion of the work as per scope of work. Except for the above, supply of all materials, equipments, transport, labor, supervision etc. that may be required by you for completion of the work shall be in your scope. 2.2. All the drawing and documents that may be handed over to you during your analysis shall remain the property of BPCL. You shall return all such drawings / documents to BPCL after completion of work. 2.3. Consultants shall make good any damage to our facilities that may be caused by you while conducting test / investigation due to any faulty and / or incompetent handling. 2.4. Consultants shall abide by the safety regulations of the Refinery and existing entry/exit regulations. 2.5. Consultants shall assume all responsibilities for the safety and protection of our men and material while on work. 2.6. Consultants shall arrange from their side all necessary manpower, tools, and tackles, for carrying out the field activities including preparation of the surface under study by cleaning, removal of rust, paint etc. 2.10.
