BRR : 4399069 Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Operation And Maintenance Of Lhp And Pdc In Mines - SCOPE OF WORK FOR LIGNTE HANDLING PLANT AND POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER 1.0 Regular Operation and Maintenance of Lignite Handling Plant and Power Distribution Centre of Barsingsar Mines for a period of 3 (Three) Years from date of commencement of GeM Contract. The commencement of contract will be start after 7 days from the date of issue of GeM Order. 1.1 Maintenance of the complete equipment’s (both mechanical and Electrical) mainly includes the following: 1.1.1 Maintenance of the complete system, both Mechanical and Electrical to the NLC’s satisfaction. 1.1.2 Attending all the regular and preventive maintenance works, breakdowns, replacement/repair/reconditioning of components/parts. 1.1.3 Supply of all consumables/consumable spares for conveyor system and PDC as per the list enclosed. 1.1.4 Execution of all works with required tools and tackles (as per the list enclosed), labour, supervision and transportation of men, materials etc. to the work spot from yard and vice versa. 1.1.5 Complete inspection of all components and condition monitoring, wherever applicable. The inspection report should be submitted to Purchaser as per PMC (Periodical Maintenance Chart). 1.1.6 For the components/parts and any other material, which are replaced during the maintenance contract period, necessary Test Certificates should be furnished. 1.1.7 Carrying out cold patching/minor hot repair of belt damages and vulcanizing joints, with required chemicals and other materials. 1.1.8 Correction of lining out of the belts, due to any reason. 1.1.9 Belt damages should be avoided during operation and during handling. If there is any substantial damage to the belt, which is attributable to the system/contractor, decision of the Purchaser will be final and binding on both sides. 1.1.10 Balancing and vibration analysis/mitigation of the Double roll Crushers to be carried out as and when required, otherwise suitable penalty will be recovered. In this regard, the decision of the Purchaser will final. 1.1.11 Providing Backhoe cum Loader with operator and fuel, in case of any breakdown of Lump Breakers or for any other allied works of LHP as per the directions of NLCIL executives. The back hoe cum loader engaged for the work shall not be more than 5 years old and shall be equipped with the suitable fire extinguisher. 1.1.12 Arranging services of OEM for equipment repair work/ calibration of belt weigher etc. as and when required. 1.1.13 Lubrication (manual greasing) of all required points, including conveyor drum bearings, snub pulleys, heavy duty rollers, sheave pulleys, take up guide path, pins, etc and applying Cardium compound to all winch ropes and other ropes, as per OEM recommendations. 1.1.14 Topping up/complete changing of oil and other lubricants for all the equipments as per OEM recommendations. 1.1.15 Cleaning of all equipments, components, parts materials etc. (both Mechanical and Electrical) of the conveyor system for trouble free operation and cleaning of complete conveyor system in case of spillage/choking to the satisfaction of Purchaser. 1.1.16 Transportation of all required equipments/ components/parts/materials of mechanical and electrical from yard to site and vice versa. 1.1.17 Attending any other work for smooth running of the conveyor, which are not specifically mentioned and all other related and coincidence works, as required by the Purchaser, then and there. 1.1.18 Safety & security of all the conveyor equipments, men and other materials. 1.1.19 Periodical maintenance of Transformers, LT panels, VCBs, isolators, cables, streetlights, Energy management system etc., 1.1.20 Cleaning & checking of all (Transformer, HT breakers, LT panel and the connected equipments, etc. Shall be minimum of 4 times per year) according to site requirement. 1.1.21 Necessary testing equipments, duly calibrated at any Government approved laboratory shall be used for testing. 1.1.22 LT Cable faults shall be located and also be attended to, by providing suitable joints. 1.1.23 The earth pits shall be of treated earth then and there. 1.1.24 Up keeping of the Electrical equipments and necessary caution board is to be provided and maintained. 1.1.25 Supply of safety appliances as Mines Safety Rules to all the engineers, supervisors and workers engaged by the contractor and compliance of all statutory requirements. 1.1.26 Adhering to all statutory requirements and safety norms applicable as per Mines Act, Coal Mines Regulations Act and Indian Electricity Rules 1.1.27 Providing sufficient manpower for the operation and maintenance of the conveyor equipments and power distribution center, in all three shifts, to the satisfaction of the Purchaser: a) Shift Timings: I shift- 6:00 Hrs. to 14:00Hrs II shift-14:00 Hrs to 22:00 Hrs III shift-22:00 Hrs to 6:00 Hrs General Shift- 09:00 Hrs to 17:00 Hrs b) Rate of wage of all workmen (including site engineers and site manager) is applicable for a period of 26 days only i.e. a particular workman (irrespective of labour, site engineers or site manager) shall not be engaged for more than 26/27 days per month as the case may be in concurrence with the labour law. c) Since operation is carried out in all three shifts, site engineers/ supervisors/workmen must be available at site 24/7 considering safe operation. Hence, the contractor has to arrange substitute/reliever site engineers/workmen (for both mechanical and electrical) for weekly off’s, leave, PH and absenteeism failing which penalty shall be imposed as per Clause 9.0.3 and 9.0.4 of “Special Conditions”. Provision is made for Supervisory Charges for the same in Price Schedule-II. 1.1.28 Providing Qualified manpower 1.1.29 Induction of manpower is subjected to verification of documents and oral interview by NLCIL officials which shall be final and binding (i.e. even though workmen possess required eligibility and are not competent enough as decided by NLCIL officials then those workmen won’t be inducted considering mechanical and electrical safety) 1.1.30 The Electrical contractor/ Sub Contractor should also be in possession of valid Electrical Contractor’s License of Grade ESA/EA issued by competent authority. 1.1.31 Supply of safety appliances should be as per Mines Safety Rules to all the engineers, supervisors and workers engaged by the contractor and compliance of all statutory requirements. 1.1.32 Adhering to all statutory requirements and safety norms applicable as per Mines Act, Coal Mines Regulations Act and Indian Electricity Rules. 1.1.33 Clearing of all materials, Leveling, Ground Preparation, Fencing and construction of temporary sheds for Contractor’s Maintenance Site Office, Stores rooms and Workshops, safety of Men and Material at the above places and arrangement of power and water supply from the locations shown by the Purchaser. 1.1.34 Facilitation and carrying out all other works connected with the contract, which are not covered under Sl. no. 1.3 “Responsibilities of the Purchaser during O&M Contract Period”, will be the scope of the contractor.Total Quantity :

BRR : 4112469 Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Annual maintenance contract Of E And M Installations, ARMO of E&M Installations of DWR Building for IMD at DBAI Airport, Nagpur. SH: Operation & Maintenance of E&M Installations. (Year 2024-25), 1) General Scope of Work: - The Scope of work covers the following items: - a) Providing operation & maintenance services for following E & M installations at DWR Building, Nagpur Airport as per the attached Maintenance Schedules at Annexure-C. - 250 KVA Transformer - 1 No. - LT panels. - Internal Electrification installations of DWR building. - DG Set Operation. - Street lighting and perimeter road lighting. b) Providing day to day maintenance services, general cleaning of various installations as per Maintenance schedule specified. c) Minor repair & maintenance works and calibration of equipment etc. d) Any other installation as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. e) Providing tools & plants and instruments as per the attached list. f) Maintenance of equipment / systems in satisfactory working conditions at all times during the contract period. g) The readings of voltage, power factor, current and other related parameters through various meters shall be checked and recorded in the LOG BOOK (provided by contractor) on hourly basis. Necessary action is to be taken by the contractor or his authorized representative if the readings are not normal. h) Attending complaints, trouble shooting and repairs & rectification action where needed. i) Replacement of spares for maintenance (preventive & breakdown) shall be provided by AAI, subject to availability at AAI stores. However, it is the responsibility of the contractor to intimate the EIC or his authorized representative if any spares are required for the breakdown maintenance of the system immediately after occurrence of fault and get their approval for procurement of spares. Nonavailability of spares will not be accepted as the reason for un-serviceability of the system. j) Routine maintenance like cleaning, inspection of machines / equipment / system, functional/serviceability checks etc. and maintaining records. k) Preventive & proactive maintenance as per AAI maintenance schedules in Annexure-C & OEM recommendations. l) Breakdown or un-serviceability of any of the electrical installations within the scope of this work should be recorded in the maintenance log-books by the deployed manpower of the contractor and the same shall be brought to the notice of EIC or his authorized representative immediately. Necessary identification & rectification of faults should be done and the system should be restored to normal operation. Spares required for rectification of faults shall be provided by AAI subject to availability in AAI stores, however in case of non-availability of spares the same shall be procured by the contractor after getting mandatory approval from the EIC and the proper GST tax invoice for such procurement of spares shall be submitted by agency for payment in the subsequent bills. Any lapse on the part of agency in carrying out the rectification of faults within the specified timeline shall be liable for penalty as per the conditions of the contract. m) Executing the works as per instructions of E-I-C and his/her authorized representative including daily reporting/ feedback and proper communication. n) Deputing manpower as mentioned in the contract at airport throughout the contract period on all days including Sundays & holidays with a mobile phone to receive complaints / instructions from AAI. However, one weekly off is applicable to each Wireman / Helper / Computer Operator. No reliever needs to be deputed on the weekly off of deputed manpower. Additional manpower to be deployed for all emergency works/ where needed, major breakdown etc. as per instruction of E-I-C. o) Providing minimum ‘site facilities’ as mentioned elsewhere in this contract. p) Abiding the contract conditions, norms/ rules & regulations of AAI, security guidelines, statutory bodies, labour laws enforced from time to time. q) Periodical review/ meetings by competent senior persons/proprietor. r) Order for executing repair and maintenance works within the scope of this contract shall be entered in the site order book or the maintenance log book, the contractor or his authorized signatory staff shall see the site order book and maintenance log books of various electrical installations every day and sign the same as a token of having received the order. s) Extra items, if any ordered shall be paid at market rates, for which the contractor shall produce the original purchase voucher / tax invoice which will be checked and verified by the Engineer-in-charge or his authorized representative to ensure its correctness. t) If the repair and maintenance work is to be carried out in the operational area, the contractor shall obtain necessary entry permits for all their employees as per existing BCAS norms. No work should be delayed for want of entry permit / passes. u) In case, the workmen deployed by the contractor are not able to rectify the faults or ensure smooth operation of the system as per the opinion of EIC, it is the responsibility of the contractor to deploy additional experienced manpower preferably from OEMs as recommended by the EIC at his own cost for necessary rectification. The contractor must abide by the instructions issued by the EIC in this regard and ensure the serviceability of system. v) Handing-over of the units/system in satisfactory working condition at the end of contract period by observing proper handing over procedures as per the instructions of E-I-C. w) Documentation. x) Comprehensive Maintenance contract of Ductable / Cassette / Split Type Air-Conditioners / Water-Cooler: The Scope of work includes following: - Comprehensive maintenance of Ductable / Cassette / Split Type Air-Conditioners as specified in SOQ, located at different areas, including providing & fixing all necessary consumables and spares such as replacement of faulty compressors, PCB cards, motors, insulating foam etc. - Comprehensive maintenance of 1 No. Water Cooler including providing & fixing all necessary consumables and spares such as replacement of faulty compressor, PCB etc. - Job includes monitoring for satisfactory working, periodical maintenance and all major & minor repairs of the Ductable / Cassette / Split type air conditioners and water coolers as and when required. It is clarified that these jobs are contingent /casual in nature. Registers shall be maintained for all the maintenance activities and submission to the Engineer In-Charge or his authorized representative as per maintenance schedule attached. - Supply and replacement of defective components like capacitors, relays, thermostats, fan blades, blowers, selector switches, air filters etc. including making suitable inter connections and rewiring of the unit etc. - Condenser / evaporator coil cleaning, leak testing, gas charging, replacement of capillary, oil charging etc. - Replacement of failed compressor with manufacturer repaired compressor / new compressor of similar model and make whenever required, including gas charging & all incidental works etc. Original documents like delivery challan and invoice from manufacturer or his authorized dealer indicating serial number of compressor shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-charge for approval before installing the compressor. - Any other work related to the proper maintenance specifically not mentioned herein. - Contractor shall depute sufficient / adequate number of skilled workmen to maintain all the air conditioners & water cooler in working condition including periodical observations repair and maintenance. - Record of all the works carried out and serviceability of the air conditioners and water cooler are to be maintained in the format prescribed by AAI. The register required for the record shall be supplied by the successful tenderer. - All the materials / components / cleaning material etc. what so ever required is included in the scope of work and shall be arranged by the contractor. - Contractor shall ensure the maintenance of all A/C units in a better physical appearance by cleaning of units, front grilles, fixing the front grille in the proper manner etc. - Contractor shall make the work site neat and clean after completing the work and no waste material or dust shall be left in the work site. - Contractor shall take over all the units under this contract within date of commencement of work, on as is where condition on award of the work. If any unit is not in working condition, due to defects related to compressor or due to component failure which will affect the performance of the unit, while taking over, the same shall be intimated in writing to the Engineer-in-Charge with details of defects and location etc. and get it acknowledged. - At the end of completion of contract, all the units shall be handed over to AAI in good working condition. - Contractor shall follow all labour laws applicable/enforced from time to time. Any violation of not following the labour laws shall be dealt with as per provision of agreement clauses. - Contractor has to obtain necessary entry pass / clearance if required from the AAI/BCAS for their workmen to work. It is the responsibility of the successful tenderer to fulfill all the formalities viz police verification etc. and bear the cost for photographs etc. for obtaining entry pass for their workmen. - Contractor shall be held responsible for any damage caused due to his negligence and has to make the same in good condition at its own cost. - Contractor has to arrange his own tools & plant required for the maintenance purpose for which nothing extra will be paid. - Minor complaints like replacement of capacitors, thermostats, relays, fault in wiring, filters etc. shall be attended immediately as per time period set by Engineer-In-Charge. If the contractor fails to attend within the time period given by the Engineer-In-Charge, the same shall be attended at the risk and cost of contractor. - Complaints like gas charging in Ductable / Cassette / Split A/C units or water cooler and gas leakages shall be attended and completed within two days from the date of occurrence of fault. Alternatively, spare serviceable units shall be provided by the contractor without any cost to AAI till the defective unit is made serviceable. - Failure to comply with two conditions mentioned above this para will attract a penalty of 5% of annual CMC rate of each unit per day of delay per A/C unit/water cooler and shall be deducted / recovered from the contractor. - Burnout compressor shall be repaired / replaced as applicable and the unit commissioned as per the time period set by Engineer-In-Charge. If contractor fails to attend, recovery shall be made at following rates: a) Equipment Room - Rs. 500 per day b) Offices. - Rs. 250 per day - A list of minimum activity schedule for the preventive maintenance is attached along with the special conditions. The activities shown are the minimum and hence, the contractor shall improve upon the same in their own interest, to ensure failure free units. - The tenderer shall quote their rates as per the Schedule of Quantities enclosed herewith. The awarded rates shall be firm throughout the contract period. - In case of any discrepancy between these special conditions and General Conditions of Contract, these special conditions will take precedence. y) Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of 1 No. 40 KVA UPS System (Make: Vertiv) through OEM / Authorized Dealer of OEM: The Scope of work includes following: - The scope of work includes scope of work as per UltraCare – Gold type of AMC services offered by M/s. Vertiv. - The contractor shall enter into a contract with OEM / Authorized Dealer of OEM after award of work and submit the details along with authorization details as required to the E-I-C. - Defective parts discovered during maintenance can either be repaired or replaced by new or as new parts. Spares replaced will be either of the same make or equivalent as per recommendation of OEM. - All necessary tools and instruments along with necessary skilled manpower required for the purpose of servicing the equipment shall be provided by contractor. - Preventive maintenance services with Quarterly Visits and breakdown services as applicable to ensure reliability and uptime of the system. - Guaranteed 2-hour on-site response, 7 days/week, 24 hours/day. - Includes all parts (Except Exclusions), labour, travel coverage & Unlimited Break Down calls. - Turn-around Time (TAT): For Minor Complaints - Avg. 6 Hrs after reporting at site UPS room e.g. Failure of Exhaust fans, Bleeder Resistors, Indicating Lamps, Display mismatch with actual value etc. For Major Complaints – Avg. 8 Hrs e.g. UPS failing to transfer to battery mode in the event of incoming power failure / Battery Breaker tripping due to battery failure / Battery Failure / UPS unable to transfer load on to the parallel UPS (Redundancy Failure) / UPS tripping on High temperature conditions / Control Card, major components failure such as IGBT’s, SCR’s & Wire wound Components within the UPS, Module Failure, Wire Harness damage. - PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE (Quarterly) • Cleaning up of Unit, Visual Inspection to check any deformation. • Checking and Adjustment (If needed) of Power parameters like input. Maintenance of batteries, handling of fuel, attending genset non-starting problems. c) Attending electrical complaints like non-working of lights, fans, E & M equipment / systems, nonavailability of power supply, complaints of starters, wiring installations & any other abnormal conditions etc. d) Cleaning of Electrical & Mechanical Installations. e) Cleaning of premises & disposal of waste etc. after work. f) Keeping the work premises neat & clean. g) Maintaining proper earthing. h) Collecting spares/materials from stores etc where materials are supplied by AAI. i) Repairs at workshop where required. j) Temporary wiring works. k) Operation of E & M installations as and when required. l) Conservation of energy by switching off lights, fans, equipment etc when not needed, as per instructions of EIC or his/her authorized representative. m) Reporting the complaints / action taken etc to the concerned officials. n) Documentation like log book entries, accounting of dismantled materials / materials used in the work, complaint & preventive maintenance registers etc. o) Satisfactory overall maintenance of E&M installations Total Quantity :

BRR : 4415838 Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services -Hydro Testing of CNG Cascade --1) Assam: Detail of CNG cascades installed at CNG stations of AGCL is enclosed as AnnexureI. Scope of Work for cascade hydro testing work is as below: 1) Hydro stretch testing, cleaning, painting and certification of CNG cascades (static 40 /60 cylinders in each cascade of 75 WL each cylinder capacity). All the work executed shall be strictly in accordance with latest editions of IS 5844, IS7285, OISD 179 and Gas cylinder rules 2004 & its amendment 2016. 2) Dismantling/re fitment and loading/un loading of CNG cascades at both AGCL sites and at contractor’s workshop is in the scope of contractor. Arrangement of crane/hydra, transportation vehicle all are in the scope of service provider. Proper commissioning of tested cascade at AGCL site is sole responsibility of service provider along with all tools & tackles, labour etc. 3) Dismantling, refitment of CNG cylinders from/to cascades including testing of SS tubing of the cascade after re fitment is in the scope of contractor. 4) Replacement of all 40 nos /60 nos. of burst discs is mandatory in all cascades and in the scope of contractor under hydro testing. Contractor is required to include the rate of burst discs in hydro testing work. No additional payment will be given against replacement of burst discs. 5) Replacement of supporting rubber packing of all 40 nos./60 nos of cylinders is mandatory in all cascades and in the scope of contractor under hydro testing. No additional payment will be given in this regard. 6) Payment against replacement of chargeable spares found damaged/needs replacement during hydro testing will be on actual basis as per approved price list of spares and certified by AGCL engineer in charge. Quoting the rates of chargeable spares in attached chargeable spare list is compulsory. 7) Transportation charges: Transportation charges from AGCL CNG stations to contractor’s workshop and contractors’ workshop to AGCL CNG stations are in the scope of contractor for all sites in the state of Assam. 8) Transit Insurance charges: Transit insurance charges from AGCL CNG stations to contractors workshop and contractors’ workshop to AGCL CNG stations are in the scope of contractor. 9) After hydro testing, tag plate shall be installed on cascade having following details: a) Cascade Sl. No. b) Cylinder Nos. (from/to) c) Hydro testing date d) Next due date e) Year of supply 10) Stickers written with “CNG” (white base/Green words) shall be pasted on each cylinder after painting. 11) Punching of hydro testing date on cylinder neck is not allowed. Metal plate (challa) mentioning the hydro test date and next due date shall be fixed on each cylinder valve. Safety precautions during loading/un loading & transportation/Hydro testing of CNG cascades As some of the CNG cascades are kept above the roof (height), safety precautions are required for safe loading/unloading and transportation of CNG cascades for hydro testing from CNG stations to hydro test facility and hydro test facility to CNG stations. To ensure the safety during loading/un loading and transportation and hydro testing, following are required from vendor before start of hydro testing work/During hydro test work: 1) Crane/hydra fitness certificate. 2) Driving license of crane/hydra driver and valid registration documents of crane/hydra. 3) Vehicle used for transportation shall be closed type along with valid registration documents. 4) Driving license of vehicle driver. 5) Test/calibration certificates of equipment’s/instruments used for hydro testing. 6) Hydro test procedure as per codes and standards prescribed by PESO, Govt. Of India. 7) Dismantling of cylinders and SS/brass tubing and fittings and its testing and re fitment shall be carried out by trained and competent technicians. If any problem will occur during installation of cascade at site after hydro testing, it shall be rectified by vendor free of cost. 8) All the Manpower working in the Job should in proper PPE’s . DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK 1. Safe Degasifying & dismantling of tubing and other accessories of Cascade at AGCL’s specified location/ sites is in Bidder’s scope. 2. Loading of cascade by Hydra/ Crane shall be carried out by bidder from / at specified locations/sites of AGCL. 3. Loading of Cascade by Hydra/Crane in Bidder provided Transport vehicle. 4. The entire responsibility of cascade such as safe transportation of cascade on road, transit insurance, third party insurance etc. shall be in the scope of the Bidder till the same is reinstalled in the AGCL’s site successfully after hydrotesting. 5. Unloading of CNG Cascade by Hydra/Crane at Bidder’s Premisesshall be in Bidder’sscope. 6. Dismantling all Fittings, Tubes & Cylinders. 7. Opening Valves, De-gassing the Cylinders and Nitrogen Purging to vent out the complete gas. 8. Hot water cleaning of the cylinders from inside and weighting the Cylinders. 9. Hydrotesting of Cylinders as per standard by Water Jacket Method. 10. Internal Blasting and Vacuum Cleaning of Cylinders. 11. External Blasting of Cylinders and Frame Structure. 12. Cascade painting as per relevant Standards. 13. Check the good working Condition of Valve and Pneumatic testing of each valve, inspection of Threading, Burst disc, tunings and fittings. 14. Inspection of canopy and repair if required. 15. Dismantling & Re-Installation of cylinder valve with proper torque. 16. Repairing of Cylinder clamps and replacement of nuts with new one. 17. Any other repairing, if required, is/are to be done by Bidder with a prior approval of the owner. Supply of required spares is/are in the scope of Bidder. However, payment of spare/s will be made based on SOR rate. 18. Re-manifolding of cascade by using existing tubing & fitting as per cascade piping schematic diagram. 19. Pneumatic Testing of Tubing after assembling at Working Pressure. 20. Replacement of existing Burst Disc with Vanaz make Burst Disc. All necessary modifications required for the same shall be in Bidder’s scope. 21. All necessary spares required for the modification will be in Bidder’s scope. However, payment of spare/s will be made based on SOR rate. 22. All necessary maintenance of the cascade after hydrotesting will be in Bidder’s scope. Supply of required spare/s are in the scope of Bidder. However, payment of spare/s will be made based on SOR rate. 23. The scope/specification covers the minimum specified requirement for the various activities to be carried out by the bidder toward the Cascades (Complete Structure with Assembled Cylinders, Tubes & Fittings) / CNG cylinders Re-Testing and related works. 24. Workshops recognized by Petroleum and Explosives organization as “CNG cylinder testing stations” can only test cascades. Bidder shall have valid authorization from Petroleum of Explosives and Safety Organization (PESO) for CNG cylinder retesting. The authorization should be valid during the tenure of Hydrotesting. Bidder along with the bid shall submit valid authorization letter from PESO. Bidder along with the bid shall also submit details of testing equipment available with them. AGCL may inspect testing facility of bidder for ascertaining its capability. Bidder shall inform AGCL within 24 hrs, if PESO issues any objection on the certification for hydrotesting. AGCL reserves the right to check the certificate at any time during the contract period. 25. Bidder shall, with due care diligence, execute the work in compliance with all laws, bylaws, ordinances, regulations etc. and provide all services and labour inclusive of supervision therof. 26. All the materials, equipment, appliances or other things of whatsoever nature required in or about the execution of the work, whether of temporary or permanent nature shall be provided by the bidder. 27. Bidder shall provide cylinder testing certificate along with PESO certification of workshop and Test Reports (performed on the cascades) along with bill/cascade. 28. Bidder shall agree to indemnify ACGL directly or indirectly any loss or injury caused to ACGL employee/agent/customer/public due to careless, negligent, inexperienced act or default of the Bidder, his/her agents, representatives or employees. AGCL/EIC shall be the sole judge as regards the quantum of loss or damage and it shall be entitled to deduct from the amounts payable hereof to the Bidder, the cost of repairs or the amount of loss or damages. Further bidder shall be responsible for indemnity of AGCL’s Cascade/cylinders. If the works are not done as per EIC’s satisfaction then bidder shall do the necessary rework at his own cost. The cascade after testing has to be transported to concerned site , unloaded, reconnected, leak checked and taken in service by the Bidder. However, if any leakage or any other fault/issue arises during startup shall, Bidder shall rectify the same without any additional cost. 29. In case of any hazard like fire, leakage etc. due to gross negligence of the Bidder at AGCL’s premises, AGCL reserves the right to impose penalty up to the actual damage cost and/or termination of work order depending upon the gravity of the situation. 30. Bidder shall keep the photographs of the cascades as a proof of the condition of the cascade after dismantling. 31. Bidder shall carry out transportation of cylinder and cascade from AGCL’s location to their work premises. 32. The Bidder shall submit to AGCL the statutory approval certificates of PRDs & Valves. The bidder has to provide the certificates regarding suitability of the valves & PRDs for CNG application from the OEM for these items. 33. Bidder shall carry out cascade hydro-stretch testing as per the gas cylinder rule 2016 and subsequent amendment. Hydro-stretch testing job has to be completed as per IS 8451 ( Water Jacket Method ) with future amendment. 34. Bidder shall carry out ultrasonic testing of cylinders as per IS 8451: 2009 amendment no 1 st May 2013. 35. Bidder must have all the required instruments, i.e. high-pressure pump, drying unit, ultrasonic thickness measuring instruments, baroscopic camera, oxygen analyzer, rolling machine for internal and external cleaning, sand blasting machine & other required instruments to carry out the jobs. Bidder shall submit list of such tools. 36. The indicative steps/procedure is as given below along with Process Flow Chart. a) Degasifying CNG Cascade at AGCL site/ specified locations. b) Safe dismantling of tubing’s of CNG Cascade at AGCL site/ specified locations. c) Loading of CNG Cascade at Transport Vehicle via Hydra/ Crane. d) Transportation of CNG Cascade safely to the Bidder’s Premises. e) Unloading of CNG Cascade by Hydra/Crane at Bidder’s Premises. f) Depressurizing Cascade safely to make it hydrocarbon free. g) Safe dismantling (disconnection of all pipe fittings) of the Cascade after depressurizing. h) Dismantling all Fittings, Tubes & Cylinders. i) Opening Valves, De-gassing the Cylinders and Nitrogen Purging to vent out the complete gas. j) Hot water cleaning of the cylinders from inside and weighting the Cylinders. k) Bidder shall carry out cascade hydro-stretch testing as per the gas cylinder rule 2016 and subsequent amendment.
