(Sh: Annual Comprehensive Maintenance And Operation Of Ac System For Room No. 152.) -1 Annual comprehensive maintenance of 2 nos. (1 no. working + 1 no. as stand by) air cooled airconditioning system of 22.7TR capacity each installed at South Block for room no. 152, PMO, South Block, New Delhi i/c winter heating. The attending of calls for break-down maintenance, i/c replacing of all spares/ components to keep the system in operation etc. (on all day i/c Sunday & holidays etc.) are also included in the scope of work as required, consisting of following items, as per terms & conditions attached: a) 22.7TR capacity each air-cooled chilling unit 2 nos. (one as stand by). b) AHU of matching capacity 2 nos. (one as stand by). c) Pumps of 5.0HP capacity 2 nos. (one as stand by). d) Hot water generator 15KW capacity - 1 No. e) Humidifier. f) Electrical Panel. 1 Job for P/Job g) Safety controls, damper, valves, VFD 2 Operation of 2 nos. 22.7TR capacity each aircooled chilled water AC system installed for room no. 152, PMO, South Block, New Delhi i/c heating and humidification system (1 no. working + 1 no. stand by) on all days of the months i/c Sundays & holidays from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, as per terms & conditions attached
