Tender For Providing, Fabrication & Fixing Of False Ceiling, Wall Panelling, Painting, Polishing, Pop, Wooden Cornice & Other Related Scope In Transmitter Hall & Other Technical Area Including Dismantling Material Of Existing Area At Dd Site Leh (Ladakh-Ut). Providing, fabrication and fixing of G.I metal 22 SWG channel (Size of channel in mm: 15 x 50 x 50 x15) frame structure base channel frame of transmission booth studio, control room, talk studio and other technical area. Providing, fabrication and fixing of frame structure with GI metal sheet channel. For hanging arrangement wall to wall 40mm x 40mm x 2mm MS slotted angles with strap hangers shall be provide as per site requirements to support the GI frame structure. These slotted angles shall be further supported 8mm MS tie rods and 10mm MS fasteners from the real ceiling to make the entire structure in level and intact. (as per drawing). Providing, fabrication and fixing of material like 12mm thick MDF board on ceiling G.I frame as per respective layout drawings in transmitter hall. Providing, fabricating and fixing of facing material of 12mm thick plain gypsum sheet/perforated tiles and glass wool as absorbing material. Providing of 600mm x 600mm hinged flap flushed doors and fixing it on the ceiling in transmitter hall & technical area at LEH (Ladakh).
