Tenders are invited for Facility Management Services For Kahramaa New Tower, Lusail Kahramaa Intends To Float This Tender To Obtain Facility Management Services For Its New Tower Situated In The Marina District, Lusail City. Contractor Shall Through This Contract Provide Operation And Routine, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Services For The Tower Systems And Components. In Addition To, Other Routine Services Such As Cleaning, Pest Control, Plantation (In And Outdoor) Etc. The Tower Is The Main Administrative Building For Kahramaa, Which Contain President Office And All Other Departments Except Those Under Electricity And Water Networks Affairs. Kahramaa Intends To Nominate A Contractor With At Least Five Years Of Experience In The Field Of Facility Management For Such Towers In State Of Qatar. The Contractor Must Be Willing, Able And Ready To Perform Such Services In Accordance With Relevant Standards And To Kahramaas Satisfaction. The Contractor Must Have Previously Performed Facility Management Services For Similar Towers.
