    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Tasks Covering The Creation Of A System Ensuring The Residents Of The Złotów Commune The Possibility Of Using Public Services Using A Trusted Profile And Other Forms Of Security. The Implementation Of The Order Consists In The Delivery And Implementation Of An Integrated It System, Consisting Of The E-Office Portal With A Mobile Application, Electronic Document Circulation And Information Security Management (Szbi). The System Must Meet The Detailed Requirements Described In The Attached Opz.2. Obligatory Requirements: - Integration With Domain Systems Via Webservice. - Users Access With Confirmation Of Identity By The National Electronic Identification Node. - Electronic Forms In Accordance With Crwde. - Native Mobile Application (Android, Ios). - Integration With The Cloud Electronic Seal (Hsm) .- Szbi Modules (Risk, Tasks, Surveys, Messages). 3. The Order Also Includes: A) The Purchase Of Equipment Necessary For The Implementation And Operation Of Ezd And Eubles Systems, Including: • Work Station With A Monitor And Scanner - 2 Sets - Computer Work Station Allowing For Complete And Ergonomic Work At A Office Stand For The Electronic Document Management System; Intel Core I-5 Or Equivalent Processor, Windows 11, Microsoft Office H&B, 512 Gb Ssd, 16 Gb Internal Memory, 23.8-Inch Led Monitor; Document Scanner At Adf Scan Speed (Cz/B, A4) Min. 40 Pages/Min.B) Training Of System Users - Bus Stop Training In The Operation Of The Ezd System And The Eucani System - The Task Includes Conducting Bus Stop Training In The Field Of Support For Implemented Systems. The Training Will Be Covered By Employees Of The Złotów Commune Office. The Member Will Be Carried Out In The Złotów Commune. It Solutions, Including Equipment, Will Be Installed At The Headquarters Of The Złotów Commune Office Located At Ul. Leśna 7, 77 - 400 Zlotys. The Concise Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Is Annex 1 And 1A To Swz.
