The Material Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Demolition Of The Existing Floor And The Implementation Of An Industrial Floor, 2) Replacement Of External Doors And Adaptation Of Existing Interior Doors To The Ordinance Of The Floor In The Corridor, 3) Making A Brick Wall Made Of Aerated Concrete Plastered With A Glaze With A Glaze Apron On One Side, 4) Repair Of Plaster Defects And A Coat Painting, 5) Making Cladding From Tiles Around The Sink, 6) Disassembly Of Existing Electrical Installations And Performing New Cable And Wlzs, Electrical Switchboards, Basic And Emergency Lighting Installations, 7) Making Strength And 230 V Sockets, Ventilation Power Supply Installation, Exponential Connections, Cctv Monitoring And Lan And Wifi Sockets, 8) Wifi Installation, 8) Sewage System And Installation Of Mechanical Ventilation Together With The Assembly Of The Ventilation Unit And The Expansion Of The Existing Lightning System, 9) Other Works Included In Annex 1 To Swz.3. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And The Provisions Of Works (Auxiliary Documents) - Annex 1 To Swz.Z. Notes That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Flat -Rate Nature, The Contractor Should Be Based On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Auxiliary. The Performance During The Implementation Of The Contract Not Included In The Prejudice Or Works In A Larger Amount In Relation To The Pre -City Adopted In The Pre -City Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Project Documentation Or Stwiors.
