The Building Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of The Lubuskie Voivodeship Under No. 3102, It Is Located In The Monument, Which Is The Urban Layout Of The City Of Zielona Góra And Is Subject To Conservation Protection. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Works In Accordance With The Content Of The Decision Of The Municipal Conservator Of Monuments For Renovation And Renovation Of The Staircase Of 26.02.2023, Sign: Di-Kz.4125.889.1.2022.Kk And Applicable Law, In Particular: The Act Of 23.07.2003 On The Protection Of Monuments And Care For Monuments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1292, As Amended), The Regulation Of The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage Of 28.08.2019. Amending The Regulation On Conducting Conservation Works, Restoration Works And Conservation Research On A Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments Or On The List Of Heritage Treasures And Construction Works, Architectural Research And Other Activities At The Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments, As Well As Archaeological Research And Search For Monuments (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 81) Object: • Building Volume: - V = 980.00M3 • Length Of The Front Facade - L = 8.01M • Height Of The Front Facade To The Cornice - H = 10.64M • Area Buildings: - Pz = 76.00M2 • Number Of Floors - 3 • Number Of Staircases - 1 Point For Disabled People - Direct Entrance To The Building Without Steps From The Market And From The Yard. Within The Staircase, The Arrangement And Interior Design Were Largely Maintained. Original Balustrades With Rolled Posts And Tricks As Well As Characteristic Glazed Walls With Doors Secreting Staircase From Corridors, With Detail Of Rich Woodcarving And Decorative Glazing With A Plant Pattern Are Particularly Valuable.
