1. The Subject Of The Order Entitled Reconstruction Of The Facility Chapel From Dymin In The Ethnographic Park In Tokarnia Together With Land Development - Stage I Is The Execution Of The Following Construction Works: 1) Execution Of Earthworks; 2) Performing Foundations With Insulation; 3) Performing Log Walls With External Crazy; 4) Performing Maintenance With The Installation Of Window And Door Joinery; 5). Floor From Boards; 6) Making A Roof Truss Along With A Shingle Cover And A Signature; 7) Making A Horizontal Earth Will From Bednarka For Lightning Installation And An Earth Electrode For Electrical Installations. 2. The Contract In Question Does Not Include: The Execution Of Internal Cladding (Internal Formwork Of Walls And Ceilings, Plasters), Construction Of Substrates And Internal Floors, Maintenance Along With The Embedding Of Internal Door Joinery (Do1 Door), Execution Of Lining From The Limestone Of Pińczów External Plinth, Execution Of The Area Along With The Fence, The Implementation Of The Internal Supply Line For The Object And Installation Of 230V Sockets And Lighting In The Facility, The Implementation Of The Lightning Protection System Except For The Horizontal Earth Electrode With Bednarka. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In The Project Documentation, Constituting Annex 10 To Swz, Which Includes: Land Development Project, Architectural And Construction Design With Attachments, Technical Design, Executive Design, Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Receipt Of Works, The Bill Of Quantities (The Bill-In-Law Attached To Swz Is Only An Informative Nature; The Contractor After Reading The Project Documentation And Other Documents Is Obliged To Determine Scope Of Works Necessary To Achieve The Result). 4. Construction Works Should Be Carried Out With Special Diligence, In Accordance With The Art Of Construction, System Technology, Recommendations Of Investor Supervision And In Accordance With The Contract And Design Documentation Constituting Annex 10 To Swz.
