1 Winnie The Pooh In Sztum. The Building Is Located In Sztum At Ul. Chełmińska 7, Sztum Commune, Sztumski Poviat, Pomeranian Voivodeship. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Scope Of Work Constituting Annex 2.1 To Swz, The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex 2.2 To Swz And The Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex 3 To Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz. 3. Detailed Requirements Of The Contractor, Including The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Is Determined By The Abovementioned Documents, I.E. Attachments No. 2-3 To Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.4. The Minimum Quality Guarantee For Construction Works Is 3 Years. Regardless Of The Quality Guarantee For Construction Works, Which Is A Criterion For Assessing Offers, The Contractor Is Liable To The Contracting Authority Under The Warranty For Defects, On The Terms Set Out In The Civil Code, I.E. The Contractor Is Responsible For Warranty, If The Physical Defect Is Found Within 3 Years From The Date Of Receipt Of The Final Work. The Law Applicable To This Contract (Including For The Contract Concluded As A Result Of This Procedure And For The Assessment Of The Legal Effects Of All Documents In This Contract) Is Polish Law, Taking Into Account The Law Of European Union. 6. In All Swz Entries And Its Attachments, In Which The Employer Refers To Standards, Approval, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems, Or Trademarks, Parameters Or Sources Of Origin (Names Of Manufacturers Or Articles) Are Indicated, In Accordance With Art. 99 Para. 5 And Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Pzp Act, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. 7. In The Event That The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Provides The Names Of Materials, Products Of Specific Manufacturers, This Should Only Be Treated As A Definition Of The Desired Standard And Quality. In All Such Situations, The Contractor Can Offer Equivalent Materials, Products With At Least The Same Technical And Quality Parameters. Product Equivalence Is Understood By Offering A Product Whose Technical Parameters Of The Materials Used, Performance, Durability And Quality Is No Worse Than The Quality Of Materials, Products Described In Swz. 8. The Contractor, Who Cites Equivalent Solutions, Is Obliged To Show That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. In This Case, The Contractor Attach To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards.
