Tenders Are Invited For Thermomodernization Of A Public Building In The Świnna Commune

1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Implementation Of The Investment Task Under The Name: Thermomodernization Of A Public Building In The Świnna Commune, Implemented In The Design And Build System. 2. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Make Project Documentation, Including A Construction Design And Technical (E) Project (E), Cost Estimate (S) Along With A Pre -City (Ami) Works, Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Works Together With Obtaining A Final Decision On Building Permit Or Reporting Works - For The Entire Scope Described In The Functional And Utilitarian Program, And Also Prepare For Approve Ordering Party Of The Material And Financial Schedule-Stage I; 2) Perform Construction Works, Based On The Documentation Of The Scoping Projects Developed And Accepted By The Employer, Referred To In Letter A) Above, And A Final Decision On A Building Permit Or Reporting Works And Obtaining A Final Permission To Use Or Report The Completion Of Works (If Concerned) - Stage Ii.3. Details The Scope Of The Subject Of This Contract Is Specified In Annex 7 To Swz-A Copy Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including A Functional And Utility Program With Attachments, Ornithological Opinion, A Buildings Energy Characteristics Certificate And The Decision Of The Regional Director For Environmental Protection In Katowice Of July 8, 2024. 4. It Is Desirable That Before Submitting The Offer The Contractor Conducts A Local Vision Of The Area Where The Works Covered By The Subject Of This Order Will Be Located. Conducting A Vision Is Not A Condition For Submitting An Offer In These Proceedings. The Costs Of Making A Local Vision Of The Construction Site Will Be Borne By The Contractor. 5. Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Contract Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With This Swz, A Copy Of The Subject Of The Contract, Draft Contract And In Accordance With The Principles Of Building Art, Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Norms. The Obligation To Perform Works In Accordance With The Above Documents Does Not Release The Contractor, Among Others From The Obligation To Verify This Documentation During The Duration Of The Contract And Reporting To The Ordering Party Detected In It Defects Or Deficiencies Resulting In The Possibility Of Failure To Comply With The Terms Of The Contract Or Violating The Law. 6. From The Date Of Receipt Of The Construction Site, The Contractor Is Responsible For All Events That Will Occur During The Performance Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Responsible For All The Damage Caused During Construction Or In Connection With The Construction, Unless There Is No Causal Relationship Between The Works And The Damage Caused. The Contractor Will Accept Liability In Particular For: 1) Damage And Consequences Of Accidents Regarding Contractor Employees And Third Parties Staying In The Area Of Works; 2) Damages Resulting From Damage And Other Events In Relation To Works, Equipment
