The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1. Reconstruction Of Voivodship Road No. 591 On The Section Kętrzyn - Mrągowo In The Field Of Liquidation Of The Lowering Road Surface At The Section From Km 38+250 To Km 38+310. 2. The Contractor Shall Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Construction Of The Law, Applicable Law, A Detailed Technical Specification And Project Documentation - Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Includes A Bill Of Quantities And An Offer Cost Estimate - Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz.4. During The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Dispose Of Persons And Technical Potential (Tools, Plant Equipment And Technical Devices) In The Assortment And Quantities Necessary For The Correct And Timely Execution Of The Order. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform A Full Scope Of Works, Which Is Necessary From The Point Of View Of Legal Provisions, Technical Knowledge And Building Art To Obtain The Final Effect Specified In The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Order Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Polish Law, In Particular The Act On July 7, 1994 Construction Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418); By The Act Of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1061, As Amended) And The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended).
