The Subject Of The Contract Is A Construction Intention In The Design-Build System Including The Implementation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Together With The Implementation Of The Investment Consisting In The Renovation Of The Sports Complex-Sports Cloakroom And Football Field With Technical Infrastructure In The Town Of Skrzypiec In The Commune Of Lubrza In The Scope Of: 1) Developing Comprehensive Project Documentation: A) Including The Authority For Conducting Works (Building Permit/Notification Permit) Together With The Necessary Other Administrative Decisions, Permits, Arrangements, Applications/Water Permits And Opinions, Including Hydrological And Checks Whose Need To Attach Results From Separate Acts; B) Developed On The Basis Of Applicable Legal Provisions; C) Which Includes A Construction Project (Land Development Project, Architect And Construction, Technical Design), Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities, Geotechnical Opinion, Industry Projects, Executive Cost Estimate; D), Depending On The Needs, The Executive Design, I.E. If The Data And Information In The Construction Project Will Require Detailed Solutions, E.G. Carried Out Works Or In The Case Of A Notification Of Construction Works Enabling Verification Of Construction Works Together With The Concluded Solutions, E) Prepared On The Current Map For Design Purposes Carried Out By An Authorized Surveyor In Accordance With The Act Of 17 May 1989, Geodetic And Cartographic Law, Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law And Executive Acts To The Abovementioned Set. 2) Execution Of Construction Works Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Equipment, Implemented On The Basis Of Design Documentation Performed By The Contractor Of Works Covering In Particular: A) Renovation Of The Pitch Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure In The Scope Of:- Performing The Care Of The Natural Field,- Exchange Of The Equipment Of The Pitch Including: Goals, Football, Fences, Gates, Gates, Chairs, Hardening Of The Area And Performing Access To The Cloakroom,- Replacement Of Lighting In The Field Of Masts And Lighting Fittings Along With The Supply Lines) Reproduction To The Original State And Ongoing Renovation Of Existing Earth Embankments, C) Humus And Care Of The Area, D) Renovation Of The Cloakroom Building In The Scope Of:- Insulation Of The Object From The Outside Along With The Finishing Of Silicate Plaster,- Internal Exchange And External Window And Door Along With Internal And External Window Sills,- Renovation Of Existing Walls- Execution Of Light Walls In The System Inside Rooms With Finishing,- Works On Internal Electrical Installations,- Works Performed In Existing Rooms In The Field Of Finishing Works, I.E.
