Providing Shelter And Meal For Pupils In A Shelter For Homeless Women In The Period From August 2025 To 30.06.2026., In Accordance With The Principles And Criteria Set Out In: 1) The Act Of March 12, 2004. On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1283, As Amended), 2) Resolution No. Lvi/495/22 Of The City Council In Głogów Of August 31, 2022. On Detailed Rules For Incurring A Payment For Staying In Shelters For The Homeless And In Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Homeless People, Addressed By The Employer To The Shelter, Services With A Standard In Accordance With The Ordinance Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of 27.04.2018. On The Minimum Standards Of The Lodging House, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 896). The Basis For Providing The Benefit Referred To In Item A Will Be A Referral Issued By A Cus Employee In Głogów, Specifying The Data Of The Mentee And The Date And Place Of Implementation, Shelter Services. The Referral Will Be Transmitted Electronically In The Form Of A Scan To The E -Mail Address, Followed By A Postal Or Delivered Personally By A Person Or A Social Worker.D. Estimated Number Of People Requiring Shelter: 2 Homeless Women In An Ordinary Shelter, With The Possibility Of Using Three Meals A Day, Including One Hot And Providing Services In Accordance With Annex 3 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of 27.04.2018. On The Minimum Standards Of The Lodging House, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 896). Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Number Of People Given By The Employer Is An Estimated Quantity. The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of People Depending On The Actual Needs In This Respect, And The Contractors Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims, Including Money, Towards The Employer. The Employer Allows An Increase In The Number Of People Referred To In Item D Not More Than 50%. F. People Staying In The Shelter May Not Be Discriminated Against In Any Way Due To The Race, Ethnicity, Nationality, Religion, Confession, Worldview, Disability, Age Or Sexual Orientation. The Employer Reserves The Right To Supervise The Implementation Of This Contract By An Authorized Cus Employee, And In Particular To: - To Control The Documentation Of Those Under Their Care, - Control Of Social And Living Conditions, - Control Of Social Work. H. The Contractor Undertakes To:- Cooperation With The Social Service Center In Głogów, Ul. Sikorskiego 4, In The Scope Of The Implementation Of Individual Programs Of Leaving Homelessness, - In Writing About The Abandonment Of The Institution By The Homeless Person With A Reason Within 3 Days From The Date Of The Event, - Informing The Ordering Party About
