Participants Of The Senior+ Day House In Ołpiny Are People Who Need Support For Everyday Functioning, Which, Due To Their Health Or Disability, Require Care Or Support In Connection With The Inability To Perform At Least One Basic Daily Activities. 2. The Provision Of The Service Is To Consist In Particular: 1) Conducting Individual Physical Rehabilitation With Dds+Participants, As Recommended By Doctors, 2) Conducting Physical And Sports Classes: Active Exercises, Passive Exercises, Supporting Exercises, Resistance Exercises, Load Exercises, Breathing Exercises, Exercises With Instruments Available In Dds+, 3) Observing The State Of Health Of Participants, 4)) Documenting The Activities Undertaken As Part Of The Classes, 5) Cooperation With The Care, Therapeutic And Design Team, 6) Diagnosing The Dysfunction Of Patient Movements, 7) Translating The Participants Of The Needs And Purposefulness Of The Exercises, 8) Periodic Analysis Of Activities Resulting From Individual Action Plans, 9) Cooperation With The Environment Of Dds Participants+.3.
