1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Consisting In The Energy Modernization Of The Volunteer Fire Brigade Building In Brańsk On The Property Marked With Registration No. 1950/1, 1947. The Work Of Works As Part Of This Procedure Does Not Include The Renovation Of The Entrance Stairs To The Building (In The Pre -Leather Items: Item 64 - Item 68). Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Manner Of Its Implementation Has Been Specified In: 1) Template Of The Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz, 2) Project Documentation, A Prejudice Of Works, Detailed Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Receipt Of Construction Works Constituting Annex 1 To Swz, Which Will Constitute An Attachment To The Contract; Project Documentation. The Employer Informs That The Attached Bill Of Quantity Is An Illustrative/Informative Nature And Cannot Constitute The Exclusive Basis For Calculating The Price Of The Offer. The Values Presented In The Pre -City Of Works Serve An Auxiliary Purposes When Calculating The Price Of The Offer, While The Price Offered By The Contractor Is A Flat -Rate Price, And Therefore Should Take Into Account All Expenditure That Is Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Described In This Swz.1.4. Detailed Requirements Of The Ordering Party: 1) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Secure The Area Against Possible Damage On His Own And To Ensure The Safety Of Transition In Places Of Works. 2) The Contractor Will Perform The Contract Based On Project Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Which Is An Attachment To Swz. 3) The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 In Force In This Respect (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418), With The Principles Of Construction Art And Technical Knowledge And Applicable Standards, Under The Supervision Of Persons With Appropriate Permissions. 4) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Maintain The Utmost Care When Performing The Task, Defects And Damages Resulting In The Implementation Of The Task Will Be Removed Immediately After Their Creation By The Contractor At Its Expense. 1.5. Notes: 1) In The Event Of A Collision With Existing Devices And Technical Infrastructure Facilities, The Contractor Under The Contractual Remuneration Will Translate Or Secure The Abovementioned Installations Or Devices. 2) Any Damages Resulting In Conducting Construction Works Are Removed By The Contractor At Its Own Expense.1.6.
