The Purpose Of The Description Is To Enter Into A Total Contracting Contract For Complete Delivery Of The Design And Construction Of A New Kindergarten And Relief Housing For Children And Young People, As Well As The Demolition Of Existing Kindergartens And Design And Preparation Of Associated Outdoor Areas And Necessary Infrastructure. Bta Of Approx. 4 900 M2, Distributed Over Two Floors With Technical Area In The Attic, Located In Vestskogen On Nøtterøy In Færder Municipality. The Building Consists Of Kindergarten In The Northern Part And Relief Housing For Children And Young People In The Southern Part. Kindergartens Reinforced Unit Binds The Two Businesses Together. The Kindergarten Section Bta Is Approx. 2 981 M2. 1 548 M2.The Technical Area Amounts To A Total Of Approx. 140 M2 -Expected Contract Start In December 2025, With The Initiation Of Execution In The First Quarter Of 2026. Completion Of The Assignment Is Planned For The Winter Of 2027/2028, With The Takeover Of The Kindergarten During The First Half Of 2027.
