Tenders are invited for Robotic Total Station (Survey Equipment) with accessories and related services Eligibility of Tenderer: TT Clause 15.Experience Criteria 15.1 Tenderer shall have the following minimum level of supply experience to qualify for supplying the Goods and related services under the contract: (a) A minimum number of years of General experience in the supply of goods and related services as specified in the TDS; and (b) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Goods similar to the proposed goods in at least a number of contract(s) and, each with a minimum value, over the period, as specified in TDS; and (c) A minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods as specified in the TDS. (a) Tenderer Shall have a minimum of 5 years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services. (b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Construction Survey Equipments) of minimum 750.00 Lacs (Seven Hundred Fifty Lacs) under the summation of maximum 2(Two) contract in the last 5 years. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Authenticated by Acceptance Certificate(s) issued by the relevant Procuring Entity(s) shall be furnished in accordance with following information clearly: Name of the Supply Name of the Supplier Date of signing the contract Agreement Time of Completion of the supply as per Contract Agreement Actual value of the Goods as per Contract Agreement Actual value of the Goods after delivery Date of actual delivery of the Goods Note: Competition certificate for the similar Goods supply as Supplier by authorized procuring Entity (PE). (c) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/are: 60 Nos. Survey Equipments supply capacity per year within last five years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT) ITT Clause 16. Financial Criteria (a) Availability of minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of the amount as specified in the TDS. (a) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk.800.00 Lacs (Eight Hundred Lacs). Supporting related documents required are as follows: - Bank Balance: Authenticated by Bank Statement, from any scheduled bank. or - Working Capital: Authenticated by recent past Audit Report. or - Credit Facilities: authenticated by Credit Sanctioned letter and Bank Statement of the Credit Accounts. or - Credit Line: Authenticated by any scheduled bank shall be furnished in accordance with the format as specified (Form PG3-8; Sample Format_line of credit can be downloaded from section 6 of the Tender Document), without alteration as stated under ITT Sub-Clause 16.1 (a) Note: Bank Statement, Statement of Credit Account and Line of Credit issued not earlier than 28 (Twenty Eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender for this contract.
