The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of Net Active Electricity For Eight Independent Sites Owned By Mobal Dr. Stefan Cherkezov Ad-Veliko Turnovo, Referred To In Annex 1- Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority From A Licensed Electricity And Coordinator Of The Standard Balancing Group To Supply The Net. The Eso Information Flow And The Cost Of Unbalanceds. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Statutory Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. They Will Be Paid By The Contracting Authority. On The Basis Of The Above, The Contractor Will Be Concluded For Combination Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 Of Peee /Electricity Trade Rules /. In The Execution Of The Contract, The Continuity Of The Electricity Supply Should Be Ensured And The Electricity Of Quality And In Order, In Accordance With The Energy Act And Other Normative Acts, Which Regulate The Public Relations Related To The Supply Of Electricity /Incl. Peee, Pikee And The Regulations Issued On The Grounds Of The Ea, Etc./, Allowing Energy Management, Optimization And Efficiency In Spending Public Funds Upon Delivery Of Goods By The Contractor Selected By The Contracting Authority Through A Public Procurement Contract. A Special Condition For The Execution Of The Order, In Connection With The Mandatory Environmental Requirements For The Products Under Art. 47A (New, Sg No. 88/2023, Effective From 01.01.2024) Of The Public Procurement Act: Not Less Than 20 % (Twenty Percent) Of The Supplied Amount Of Electricity (Mwh/Mwh) For The Term Of The Order Of 5 For The Energy From Renewable Sources (Zevi) Issued By A Competent State Body - The Sustainable Energy Development Agency (Aeer) And Entered In The Respective Unified Electronic Register Of Guarantees Of Origin, Which Is Created And Maintained By Aeer By Art. 34, Para. 3 From Zevi.
