Aug 2025 SOS Childrens Villages Lebanon is seeking the services of a qualified external consultant to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of its assets, including buildings, construction, equipment, vehicles, and furniture. The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the condition, value, and sustainability of these assets to ensure efficient management and utilization. The main objectives of this consultancy service are to: Conduct a detailed assessment of all physical assets. Identify the current condition and depreciation status of assets. Provide recommendations for maintenance, replacement, or disposal. Ensure compliance with relevant financial and operational policies. Enhance the overall asset management strategy of SOS Lebanon. Scope of Work: The consultant will be responsible for: Conducting an inventory and evaluation of all SOS Lebanon assets, including but not limited to: o Buildings and infrastructure o Construction materials and equipment o Office and operational equipment o Vehicles o Furniture and other fixed assets Performing on-site visits to different SOS locations.
