Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of The Water Intake In Podhorce Along With The Creation Of A Monitoring System And Reducing Water Losses

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Water Intake Facility In Podhorce, Along With Its Equipment With The Necessary Installations And Technological Devices. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: The Scope Of Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Water Intake In Podhorce: 1) Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Water Intake Building; 2) Delivery And Assembly Of Technological Equipment Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Intake, Including Devices Used For Recognition, Treatment And Distribution In The Supply Of Electricity; 4) Renovation And Modernization Of Existing Electrical Installations, Including Automation Installations And Control Of The Technological Process Of Water Intake; 5) Retrofitting Power And Maintenance Switchboards With Elements Enabling Them To Integrate With The Existing Monitoring System And Visualization Of The Operation Parameters Of The Intake. A Detailed Description Of This Scope Is In The Technical Description And In The Prejudice (Annex 1 To Swz), 2. The Contractor, When Submitting An Offer, Must Take Into Account The Fact That Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On A Working Water Intake And It Is Necessary To Plan The Works So As Not To Cause Longer Water Breaks For Residents. For This Reason, The Contracting Authority Recommends That The Contractor, Before Submitting The Offer, Make A Local Vision At The Place Of Implementation Of The Investment, Which Will Allow Him To Plan And Estimate The Necessary Works Guaranteeing The Continuous Operation Of The Water Intake In Podhorce During Construction Works. 3. The Local Vision Referred To In The Item Above May Be Carried Out From The Date Of Publication Of Swz And The Contract Announcement Up To 24 Hours Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. The Vision Can Take Place On Business Days, From Monday To Friday, From 7:30 To 15:30. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make An Intention To Make A Local Vision In Advance By Sending An E-Mail With The Proposed Date To The Following Address: [email protected]. A Protocol Will Be Drawn Up From The Local Vision, Which Will Be Signed By The Contractor (Or His Authorized Representative) And The Person Authorized By The Contracting Authority. 4. The Contractor, Who Has Not Made A Local Vision, Bears The Exclusive Risk Of A Possible Underestimation Of The Offer And Will Not Be Able To Claim Claims Against The Contracting Authority. 5. It Will Be The Contractors Obligation To Obtain An Use Permit On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority.
