Part I (A): Construction Of A Football Field. The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform In The Formula Design And Build Tasks Under The Name Construction Of The Pitch And Playground On The Chomiczówka, I.E. Project And Performance Documentation And Implementation Of Construction Works Based On It. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Divided Into Two Parts: Part (A) Construction Of A Football Field, Hereinafter Referred To As The Part And The Subject Of The Contract Is: A) Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions-If Such Occur, Conditioning The Implementation Of Construction Works; B) The Implementation Of The Investment In Accordance With The Investment Accepted By The Investor; C) Construction Of A Grassy-Grassland For Football For Football Football Field Made Of Artificial Grass; D) Assembly Of Footballs On The Pitch; E) Assembly And Connection Of A Minimum Of Two Led Lighting Poles, Connection To The Existing Building For Consent Wsbm Chomiczówka And Building Administrator; F) Execution Of Linear Drainage Of The Pitch; G) Replacement Of Sports Equipment (Football Gates); H) Seat On The Construction - 16 Pcs, Regulatory Plaque - 1 Pc; I) Authors Supervision; J) Transfer To The Ordering Party For Use. The Thinly Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: 1. The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Which Will Be Introduced To Its Content - Constituting Annex 2A To Swz For Part I; 2. Functional And Utility Program In Terms Of Parts I (A)-Constituting Annex 9 To The Swz. In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. In The Functional And Utility Program Referred To The Standards. If The Contractor Offers A Solution That Does Not Directly Confess To The Reference Standards Described In The Abovementioned The Functional And Utility Program Then Has An Obligation To Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of The Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. In This Case, The Subject Documents Referred To In Point 26.2.6 Swz Shall Submit With The Offer. The Removal Requires That The Subject Of The Contract In Terms Of Parts I Be Completed Within 80 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, With The Proviso That The Deadline: A) The Concept Referred To In § 1 Para. 2 Point 1 Of The Contract Is 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract; B) The Development Of Complete Project Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works Is 30 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract
