The Subject Of The Order Is The Installation Of Aeration System, Replacement Of The Entrance Door With Aeration Adapted To The Aeration System, The Separation Of The Roof And Descent To The Basement, Security Of The Boiler Room Ventilation Channel. 1.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is: A) Design Documentation (Add -On No. 3 To Swz), B) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Addition No. 4 To Swz), C) Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Addition No. 5 To Swz), D) Bill Of Quantities (Addition No. 6 To Swz) .1.3. For The Subject Of The Contract, The Selected Contractor Will Grant The Contracting Authority A Guarantee And Warranty For A Period In Accordance With The Contractors Offer, But Not Shorter Than 60 Months From The Day Of The Day After The Day Of The Protocol Collection Without Reservations Of The Entire Subject Of The Contract. 1.4. If The Documentation Constituting A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Pzp Act, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. The Use Of A Given Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference System In The Documentation Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Employer In Relation To A Specific Material/Device/Product. 1.6. The Contracting Authority In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Took Into Account The Requirements For Availability For Disabled People And Design For All Users Referred To Art. 100 Para. 1 Pzp.1.7.
