The Subject Of The Contract Is Delivery Together With The Transport And Unloading Of Heating Oil To The Boiler Room Of The Zakład Usług Komunalnych In Leipzig Sp.Z O.O. At Ul. Mała 5 And Ul. 1 Maja 2 In A Non -Cash Sales System In Amounts Of 180,000 L - According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party Of The Municipal Services Department In Leipzig Sp. The Quantity And Date Of Each Delivery To The Places Indicated In The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Determined By The Contracting Authoritys Representative, With The Simultaneous Obligation To Perform The Delivery Within No Later Than 2 Business Days From The Date Of Notification. The Estimated Amount Of Heating Oil In One Delivery Is 2M3 To 20 M3. Delivery Must Be Carried Out Using Specialized Equipment And Tanks Intended For The Transport Of Heating Oil, Having Appropriate Certified Fuel Flow Meters And Equipped Applied Devices For Trouble -Free Oil Pumping Into The Tanks. Fuel Transport Should Meet The Requirements Of Relevant Legal Provisions, Including Fire Safety, Road Traffic And Environmental Protection. Each Time The Oil Is Pumped To The Contracting Authoritys Tank, Will Take Place Only In The Presence Of A Person Authorized By The Employer. The Removal Requires That The Supplied Fuel Oil Meet The Quality Conditions In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of December 1, 2016 On Quality Requirements For Sulfur Content For Oils As Well As The Types Of Installations And Conditions In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used. In Addition, It Is Required That The Subject Of The Delivery To Meet The Parameters Each Time:- The Oil Ignition Temperature Was A Minimum Of 60 Degrees C,- Coagulation Temperature, Below -30 Degrees C,- Flow Temperature Up To -25 Degrees C,- Sulfur Content Was Lower Than 0.1%. At Each Delivery, It Is Required To Provide The Contractor To The Representative Of The Contracting Authority- The Person Making A Given Part Of The Batch Of Fuel Oil Confirming The Quality Supplied Oil (Quality Certificate) Specified By The Employer In This Description. Transport Costs Will Be Included In The Price Of Heating Oil. The Settlement For Delivery Will Be Made In Accordance With The Actual Amount Of Oil Supplied.
