The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Execution Of Preparatory And Security Works, Including: Fading, Marking The Area Of Works; 2) Execution Of Construction Works - In Accordance With The Design Documentation; 3) Ornithologists Supervision Over The Work (In Case Of Necessity), 4) Performing The Required Measurements, Tests And Tests, 5) Execution Of An Energy Certificate, 6) Development And Transfer Of As -Built Documentation, Which Includes: As -Built Projects, Approvals/Certificates/Warranty Cards For Built -In Materials And Devices, Required By The Right Protocols And Statements (In 1 Paper, Cd + Pendrive) 4. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Thermomodernization - Insulation Of External Walls, Basements And Foundations, Along With Water Insulation For The Entire Building, Including The Place Of Hiding; 2) Performing Thermomodernization Of Floors On The Ground With Water Insulation And Reproduction Of Floors, 3) Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery With External Window Sills With Repair Works, With Repair Works, External Window Sills And Flashings, 4) Ordering The Input Zone And Adapting It For People With Limited Mobility, 5) Effective Protection Of The Building Against Water And Moisture, 6) Imprisonment And Reproduction Of The Lightning Protection System.
