    1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Smoke Chamber Located At The Psp Poviat Headquarters In Ełk. A) The Training Chamber, Commissioned In 2015, Was Created As A Result Of The Reconstruction Of The Former Fuel Warehouse And Adapted To Applicable Regulations In The Field Of Safety And Hygiene Of The Service Of Firefighters Psp. It Enables Realistic Training In Smoke Conditions, Increased Temperature And Using Audiovisual Effects. Due To The Intensive Operation In The Last 10 Years, A Number Of Faults Have Been Found To Affect The Safety And Effectiveness Of Conducting Exercises. The Main Problems Include: Failures Of Training Devices (Treadmill, Ergometer, Ladder), Hanging Control And Login System, Problems With Communication With Thermal Cameras, Overloading Of The Electrical Installation, Damage To Infrastructure Elements (Trusses, Platforms, Cable Masking), Inefficient Smoke And Lack Of Functional Elements Of Security Systems. Provided For Delivery And Installation: 1. New Unit Of The Control Panel (Desktop Computer) - 1 Pc. 2. Monitor - 4 Pcs. 3. Monitoring System - 1 Set4. Ir Camera - 6 Pcs. 5. Thermal Imaging Camera - 2 Pcs. 6. Nvr Recorder - 1 Pc. 7. Usb Converter - 1 Pc. 8. Tape Ergometer (Treadmill) - 1 Pc. 9. Bicycle Ergometer - 1 Pc. 10.
