The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Technical Support For The Dell/Emc Servers Owned By The Employer (As Described By The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To Swz). 1) Technical Support Service Should Be Provided As Standard Than The Prosupport Nbd With The Keep Your Hard Drive Option For Dell/Emc Servers, Including: A) The Ability To Report The Problem By Phone In A Minimum Of 8 Hours A Day, 5 Hours A Day And Sending Service Applications 24 Hours A Day Through The Service Email Address The Manufacturers Website, B) The Reaction Of The Manufacturers Website At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party In The Event Of A Failure Of The Equipment Should Take Place By Time By The Next Business Day Following The Manufacturers Diagnosis Or Authorized Service Of The Manufacturer Of The Problem And The Recognition That Assistance At The Ordering Partys Headquarters Is Necessary, C) Direct, Registered Access To The Manufacturers Technical Assistance Center For 24 Hours A Day, Enabling Direct, Independent Opening By The Ordering Party Service Applications At The Manufacturers Technical Support Center Without Limit For The Number Of Queries, D) Disk Replacement Includes The Keep Your Disk Option (In The Event Of A Data Carrier Failure - Hard Disk, The Manufacturers Service Lists The Media Without The Need To Return The Damaged Media) Throughout The Entire Support Period, E) The Service Should Provide At Least Access To The Latest Device Software, The Possibility Of Collecting The Latest Software From The Manufacturer, F) Repair Of The Damaged Device At The Installation Site (On-Site) .2) The Service Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Contract And The License Terms Of The Device Manufacturer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Manufacturers License Conditions At The Latest On The Day The Service Is Launched. 3) The Period Of Taking Over The Technical Support Of The Manufacturer: A) From The Date Of Launch Of The Service To 02.08.2026, Launching The Service Within 7 Days From The Date Of The Contract - For Item 1 - 6 From Table 1 In Opz.B) From The Date Of Launch Of The Service To October 15, 20126. Launching The Service Within 7 Days From The Date Of The Contract - For Item 7 - 9 From The Table No. 1 In Opz.2.
