1 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 2 To Swz (Assortment And Price Form), Annex 2A To Swz (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract) And Annex 3 To Swz (Draft Contract). 2. The Total Amount And Breakdown Into The Individual Type Of Waste - Is An Estimated Quantity And May Change During The Contract (In This Respect, The Contracting Authority Indicates That In The Entire Period Of The Contract, The Waste Collection Services At Least 50 % Of The Total Amount Of Waste Specified Above) Undertakes To Order Waste Collection Services. In The Event Of The Contracting Authority Fails To Use The Entire Estimated Value Of The Amount Of Waste Referred To Above - The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration Only For The Amount Of Actually Collected And Neutralized Waste Of The Contracting Authority. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Contract On The Principles And Conditions Contained In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, The Assortment And Price Form (Annex 2 To Swz) And The Guidelines Of The Contract (Annex 3 To Swz). 4.
