Additional Information: The Dormaa East District Assembly in the Bono Region has intended to use part of its DACF to apply eligible payments under the contract for the following project as indicated in the Table below; project in the District. The Dormaa East District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for execution of the Works as indicated in the Table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Act 633) and Public Procurement Act (Amendment) 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the District Co-coordinating Directors office, Dormaa East District Assembly, P.O. Box 5, Wamfie from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT during working days. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be inspected and purchased at the address stated above for non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH500.00) for each Tender Document. The document would be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the opening. The tender shall be delivered in a sealed envelope addressed to The Secretary, Dormaa East District Assembly, Wamfie and deposited in tender box on or before 14th August, 2025 at 10:00 am. Tender will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who wish to attend the tender opening at the Assemblys Conference Hall on 14th August, 2025 at 10:00 am.
