The Upper Denkyira East Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible contractors for the construction of the above listed projects. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Upper Denkyira East Municipal Co-ordinating Director,and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT on working days. 4. It is mandatory that Tenderers will include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements: . Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate . Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate . Valid Business Registration Certificate (With evidence of Annual Receipt) . Valid Works and Housing Certificate . Valid Labour Certificate . Valid PPA Certificate or evidence of Registration 5. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Six Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 600.00). The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining Information, Inspection and purchase of Tender Document. 6. Sealed Tenders, bearing the address below must be deposited into the box located at the Procurement Unit on or before 14th August, 2025 at 10:00 hours GMT. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2 % of the total Tender price. Late Tenders shall be rejected. 7. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room of the Upper Denkyira East Municipal Assembly at 10.00 hours GMT on 14th August, 2025.
