Tenders are invited for Renovation of Office Block - Ho Closing Date: 14th August, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Lot 1 Package Number: GR/NCC/WK/001/2025 Contract Package: Renovation of Office Block - HO Additional Information: 1.0 The Narcotics Control Commission (NACOC) has been allocated funds as part of its budgetary allocation and intends to apply part of its funds for eligible payments under the Contract for the supply and installation of Furniture & Accessories, Renovation of Office Block at Ho. 2.0 Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended by the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 914). 3.0 Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents from The Narcotics Control Commission Headquarters (Procurement Department, Room 116, First floor), Accra, at the address given below during office hours from 0900 hours to 1600 hours GMT from Thursday 31 July, 2025. 4.0 A complete set of Documents in English will be sold to tenderers upon written application and payment of a nonrefundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS 300.00) for goods and Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS 500.00) for works. The method of payment will be made in cash at Narcotics Control Commission Account Office. 5.0 Tender Documents must be deposited into tender box located at the Conference room on or before 11:00 hours GMT on Thursday 14 August, 2025. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of Tender Sum. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in presence of Tenderers representative who chooses to attend at the Conference Room, Second Floor of the Narcotics Control Commission, at 11.00 hours GMT on Thursday 14 August, 2025.Tenderers will be required to submit their Tenders with the following valid eligible documents a) Company Registration Certificate (Attached renewal slip) for both b) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate (for both) c) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (applicable for both) d) Valid Tender Security (applicable for both) e) Valid PPA Certificate (applicable for both) f) Vat Certificate (for goods only) g) Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Clearance Certificate (works) h) Labour Certificate (works only) 6.0 Tenders must be signed, sealed and deposited in the Tender box located at the Conference room, second floor of the Narcotics Control Commission, Head Office-Accra.
