    • Space Design • The Establishment Of Buildings • Organization Of Mobility And Parking • Access Management • The Organization Of Functions • Etc. It Is Planned To Maintain And Develop Sports Functions While Retaining The Nature Of The Site. This Master Plan Will Have To Guide Both Rca Vielsalm, As Well As The Town Of Vielsalm And Sports Clubs And Associations Throughout The Development Of The Site. He Will Be The Guarantor Of Perfect Coherence And Complementarity Of The Various Planned Arrangements. The Tenderers Attention Is Drawn To The Fact That The Work Will Be Subject To A Subsidiation Request From Infrasports. All Steps With Infrasports Must Be Taken By The Project Author. The Project Author Will Ensure Compliance With The Various Deadlines Within The Framework Of Infrasports Subsidiation. This Master Plan Should Be The Subject Of A Validation Of All Stakeholders (Rca, Municipality, Sports Clubs) Before Being Subject To The Authorities Of The Walloon Region (Delegated Official, Technical Official If Necessary, Infrasports, Etc.) In Order To Validate With Them The Feasibility Of The Project. The Master Plan Must, If Necessary, Offer A Phasing Of Realization. The Procedure Chosen Is That Of The Procedure Open.
