    The Subject Of The Order Is The Revaluation Of The Swan Park In Tychy In The Design - Build Mode. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others, The Performance Of Project Documentation To The Extent Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Scope Included In The Contract And Pfu, 2) Exercising Authors Supervision, 3) Performing Construction Works Based On The Above Projects And Technical Specifications Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Works, Including: A) Demolition Of Surfaces And Infrastructure Elements, B) Performance Equalization Of The Area, Including The Fact And Installation Of The Earth So That It Is Possible To Install The Designed Equipment Of The Object (Park) In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations, D) Delivery And Installation Of Facility Equipment (Park), E) Alignment And Humus Of The Area Covered By The Investment, F) Preparing The Area For The Construction Of Communication Routes Including: Correction, Subbuilding And Construction Of Mineral Surfaces As Well Paving, G) Renovation Of The Existing Sandstone, H) Construction Of Park Lighting, I) Solutions For Water - Works Related To The Pond, J) Construction Of A Public Toilet, K) Agrotechnical Works And Terrain Consisting Of Aligning And Bursting The Investment Area, In Particular Land Adjacent To The Object That Was Damaged During Construction Works, L). As -Built In Accordance With The Scope Included In The Contract And Pfu. The Concise Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 4 To Swz.
