Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of The Water Intake In Podhorce Along With The Creation Of A Monitoring System And Limiting Water Losses

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Water Intake Facility In Podhorce, Along With Its Equipment With The Necessary Installations Of Technological Devices. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Water Intake Building; 2) Supply And Assembly Of Technological Equipment Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Intake, Including Devices Used For The Capture, Treatment And Distribution Of Water; 3) Implementation Of The Emergency Power Supply System Ensuring The Continuity Of The Facility In The Event Of A Break In The Supply Of Electricity; 4) Renovation And Modernization Electrical Installations, Including Automation Installation And Control Of The Technological Process Of Water Intake; 5) Retrofitting Power Switchgears With Elements Enabling Them To Integrate With The Existing Monitoring System And Visualization Of The Operating Parameters Of The Intake. For This Reason, The Contracting Authority Recommends That The Contractor, Before Submitting The Offer, Make A Local Vision At The Place Of Implementation Of The Investment, Which Will Allow Him To Plan And Estimate The Necessary Works Guaranteeing The Continuous Operation Of The Water Intake In Podhorce During Construction Works. Vision. 7) The Local Vision Referred To In The Item Above May Be Carried Out From The Date Of Publication Of Swz And The Contract Announcement Up To 24 Hours Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. The Vision Can Take Place On Business Days, From Monday To Friday, From 7:30 To 15:30. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make An Intention To Make A Local Vision In Advance By Sending An E-Mail With The Proposed Date To The Following Address: [email protected]. A Protocol Will Be Drawn Up From The Local Vision, Which Will Be Signed By The Contractor (Or His Authorized Representative) And The Person Authorized By The Contracting Authority. 8) The Contractor Who Did Not Make A Local Vision, Bears The Exclusive Risk Of Possible Underestimation Of The Offer And Will Not Be Able To Claim Claims Against The Contracting Authority. 2. It Will Be The Contractors Obligation To Obtain An Use Permit On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority.
