The Investment Is Located On Private Plots In Brzozówka, The Commune Of Czosnów, Within The Borders Of The Kampinos National Park. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Photo Of The Humus Layer, The Construction Of Embankments From The Sand And Gravel Mixture With Appropriate Compaction Parameters, Execution And Assembly Of A Pipe Culvert (Reinforced Concrete Or Grp) With A Length Of 10 M And Dn 500 Mm Diameter, Profiling And Forming Of Slopes With A Slope Of 1: 2, Density Of Soil And Ordering Of The Area. The Total Volume Of Earthworks Is About 1000 M 3. The Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, While Maintaining The Requirements Of Environmental Protection And Nature. The Investment Is Implemented As Part Of The Merlin Project, Financed By The European Union From The Horizon 2020 Program. The Division Of The Order Could Lead To Coordination Difficulties, Fragmentation Of Liability, Risk Of Delays And Increased Costs, As Well As Formal Complications Related To Conducting Work On Private Land. The Employer Estimates That The Implementation Of The Order In An Undivided Formula Ensures Greater Organizational And Economic Efficiency As Well As Better Conditions For Investor Supervision And Acceptance Of Works.
