1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Didactic And Technical Equipment For The Purposes Of Vocational Education In The Field Of Vehicle Mechanics And Electromechanics As Well As Industrial Pneumatics For The Profession Of Tps And Mps As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: With Qualifications Into The Future Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program. Feld.0808 Vocational Training, Priority: Feld.08 European Funds For Education And Staff In Łódź Under The Contract For Co-Financing Project No. Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0085/23-00: Part 1: Didactic Equipment In The Field Of Construction And Diagnosis Of Vehicle And Industrial Pneumatics; 2. A Detailed Description Of The Order Was Included In Annex 7 To Swz Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz And In Annex 6, I.E. The Template Of The Contract. 3. The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Is The Seat Of The Ordering Party In Kutno At Ul. Oporowska 7. The Contractor Will Provide The Subject Of The Order With His Own Transport, At His Own Expense And At His Own Risk. The Order Includes Delivery To Rooms Inside The Building. 4. The Contracting Authority Requires The Granting Of Min. 24 Months Of A Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Report. 5. It Is Required For The Contractor To Provide A Guarantee For The Purchased Aids In Accordance With The Terms Of The Manufacturers, Calculated From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Issue Of Warranty Documents. It Is Required That The Warranty Period Should Be Equal To The Warranty Period. 6. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair The Equipment Within A Maximum Of 7 Calendar Days From The Date Of Notification Of The Fault/Failure. By The Concept Of Repair, The Contracting Authority Understands The Implementation Of Activities Consisting In Restoring The Original Functionality Of The Equipment. Details Of The Guarantee Were Clarified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 6 To Swz.7. Documents Constituting Attachments To Swz Should Be Treated As Mutually Explaining And Complementary.
