The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1) Delivery And Assembly Of Various Standard Furniture And, 2) Execution, Delivery And Assembly Of Non -Standard Furniture In The Form Of Furniture (In The Amount Of 3 Sets), 3) Delivery And Assembly Of Additional Equipment, I.E. Sinks, Sinks And Batteries For Sinks And Sinks; Described In Annex 2A (Form Assortment And Price) And In The Attachments Containing A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Entitled Regret. Opz. The Object Of The Contract Is To Be Equipped With The Department Of Imaging Diagnostics Of The Provincial Specialist Hospital In Legnica.
