In This Case, The Prices Offered By The Service Provider Are Used. Procurement Above The National Threshold Will Host Mini -Competition Between Service Providers. It Is Also Possible For Contract Suppliers To Obtain Other Services, Rental Equipment And Machinery Or Special Expertise. The Pricing Of Other Services, Rental Equipment And Machinery Or Specialized Expertise Must Follow The Same Principle As The Prices Given In The Offer.
