All Work Related To Tree Felling Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Environmental Protection Guidelines And The Requirements Resulting From Nature Protection. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate Closely With The Conservator Of Monuments And Obtain Acceptance For Any Changes In The Construction Design, Especially In The Scope Of Protecting The Natural And Cultural Values Of The Area. 4. The Employer Informs That The Kietrz Commune Plans To Renovate The Road In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Investment. Therefore, Before The Start Of Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Coordinate His Actions With The Contractor Indicated By The Kietrz Commune.
