The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Co-Financed Through The 2Nd Call-Demonstrative Applications Of 5G Ecosystem For Smart Cities, Municipalities And Regions Announced Within The Components Of The National Plan Of Restoration 1.4 Digital Economy And Society, Innovative Start-Up And New Technologies. Specifically, It Is A Project Entitled: “Using A Network 5G For The New C-Its Service To Regulate Entrances To The Historical Center Of Brno” Project Registration Number: Cz.31.6.0/0.0/0.0/23_087/0008902 (Hereinafter Referred To As The “5G-Etapa2”). The Purpose Of This Above-Limit Public Contract Is To Fulfill The Set Goals And Activities Of The 5G-Etapa2 Project In The Form Of A Technical Solution, In The Form Of A Comprehensive Intelligent Ecosystem To Regulate The Entrance To The Historical Center Of Brno Based On 5G Networks And Services C-Its. The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Based On The 5G-Etapa2 Project. The Main Objective Of The Project Implementation Is To Deploy Another (New) C-Its Service To Regulate Entrances To The Historic Center Of Brno (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Management Of Entrance To The Area”). The C-Its “Management Of Entrance To The Areas” Will Generally Be Intended To Manage The Entrance To The Defined Urban Zones. Thus, In Predefined Zones Of The City, Conditions For Entry Into The Area Depending On The Condition Of The Transport Network In Other Parts Of The City, On The Basis Of The Time Of Day, And Other Criteria, May Be Modified. Practically, The Appropriately Equipped Vehicles (Vehicle C-Its) Can Directly Control The Entrance Infrastructure-In This Project The Columns Of The Automatic Plug-In System (Azs) Without The Need For Remote Intervention Of The Central Dispatching Room. Information On The Conditions Of Entrance To The Area (Eg Vehicle Type) And Geographical Settings Of The Area Are Sent To C-Its Equipped Vehicles And Drivers Can Choose The Optimal Route. Part Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Implementation Of The Delivery Of The Rsu (Road Side Unit) With The Implemented Management Service To The Areas, Cooperating With The Existing C-Its Back Office Through A Defined Interface. An Integral Part Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Restoration Of Existing Azs Columns And The Implementation Of The Rsu Units To These Azs Columns In 13 Locations In The Historic Center Of The City Of Brno, As Well As The Corresponding Equipment Of 1 Obu Test Vehicle (On Board Unit) And The Appropriate Sw Demonstrating The Use Of This Service. In Addition To The Existing C-Its Services Palette, Vehicles Will Now Be Able To Use The Same Unit For Entry Into Traffic-Regulated Areas.
