The Acquisition Is To Assess The Impact Of The Subscribers R&D Funding And Fill The European Commission Report Form (Appendix 1.2 Reporting Form To The European Commission) And The Related Final Report To The Subscriber (The Subscriber Publishes The Final Report In Its Publishing Series), Impact Brief (Below Service). The Impact Assessment Is Based Directly On The Evaluation Plan Approved By The European Commission (Appendix 1.1 For The European Commission) And Its Content Is Described In Section 3 Of The Evaluation Questions And 4 (Result Indicators). The Methodology Used In The Assessment Is Described In Annex 1.1. 5 (Envisaged Methods To Conduct The Evaluation). The Effectiveness Assessment Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Evaluation Plan. In Order To Implement The Acquisition, The Supplier Must Have Access To Statistics Finlands R&D And Business Support. Statistics Finlands Material Is Not Public Material, But The Supplier Must Apply For Access From Statistics Finland For Use (Statistics Finlands Laboratory, The Use Of The Material Is Subject To A Fee). The Customers Material Has Been Submitted In Advance To Statistics Finland. The Contract Period For The Contract Period Is 09/2025-31.10.2026.
