Hiring of Consultancy Services for Implementation of ISO/IEC 17025: 2017, Standard Requirements Leading to Achieve Accreditation As Per Details , at Meter Repair Shop (As Per BOQ/Criteria) (Under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure) on Least Cost Method as per Rule 3(C) of The Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations 2010 (On Complete Package Basis) The bidder is required to submit/upload the Valid PEC Certificate mentioned in the Tender Document/Advertisement (where required) along with the Bid on EPADS else the bid will be liable for rejection.
