Recruitment Services - Hiring Broker. This Tender Relates To The Contracting Of Two (2) Broker Service Providers. Through This Tender, Sivon Aims To Contract The Right Parties That Can Provide The Contracting Authority For Appropriate Hiring And Advisory Services At The Most Favorable Possible Conditions. The Hiring Broker Goes In Search Of Suitable Candidates For The Hiring Needs Of Sivon, At Least In The Areas: It Experts, Advisers And Project Managers And The Job Families Policy And Advice And General Support. In Addition, A Proactive Advisory Role In The Conformity Of Sivon In The Field Of Current And Future -Applicable Law And Regulations With Regard To Its External Hiring, Such As The Dba Act, Is Expected Of The Hiring Brokers. The Commencement Date Of The Framework Agreement Is 1 December 2025 And Has An Initial Term Of Two (2) Years With The Possibility Of Extending The Framework Agreement Two (2) Times For The Period Of One (1) Year (Unilaterally By The Client And/Or Tacit) Under The Same Conditions. The Framework Agreement Therefore Ends Legally At The Latest On December 1, 2029, Unless The Maximum Size Of The Framework Agreement Is Reached Earlier. The Framework Agreement Has An Estimated Value Of € 3,125,000 (Excl. Vat) Per Year And € 12,500,000 (Excl. Vat) Over The Entire Duration Of Four (4) Years. If Sivon Is More Than 200% (€ 25,000,000 Excl. Vat) Exceeds The Total Estimated Value, A New Tender Will Be Started.
