Relocation Services - Providing Moving Services And Other Related Activities. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Ensure All Moving Work And Related Activities (Hereinafter Referred To As “Services”). The Services Consist Mainly In The Implementation Of The Permanent Moving Service In The Client Buildings (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Space Space”) And The Migration To The Order. The Following Services Will Be Provided Within The Permanent Moving Service: A) Moving Offices, Archives And Warehouses; (B) Moving A Small Inventory; (C) Moving Of Printed Materials, Brochures, Writings, Including Corresponding Packaging; D) Disassembly Of Furniture According To The Clients Requirements; (E) Storage And Picking Of Small Office Equipment, Electronic Assets (Especially Pc And Other Hardware), Copier, Air Conditioning, Etc.; (F) Storage And Picking Of Furniture From The Relevant Warehouse That The Supplier Has In Its Administration; (G) Loading And Unloading Of Moving Objects; (H) Professional Location And Fastening Of The Moved Objects On/In A Vehicle Intended For The Transport Of Moving Items; I) Re -Assembly Of Furniture According To The Clients Requirements; (J) Placement In New Premises According To The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority; K) Loading Of Archive Materials Into Cardboard Boxes; L) Moving Cardboard Boxes With Writings; M) Minor Repairs Of Damaged Furniture; N) Clearing Work; O) Provision Of Cooperation In The Implementation Of Furniture Inventory In The Relevant Warehouse And Other Premises Of The Contracting Authority. The Following Services Will Be Provided In Order To Move To The Order: A) Ensuring The Movements Of Extremely Heavy Burdens, Usually Loads Over 200 Kg; (B) Transport Of Inventory To Extraordinary Events; C) Ensuring The Necessary Number Of Packaging Material - For Example, Anti -Line (Bubble) Foil, Fixation (Stretch) Foil, Cardboard Boxes (According To The Instructions Of The Contracting Authority On The Basis Of Current Operational Needs); D) Ensuring And Removal Of Archiving Material For Shredding; E) Transport Of Discarded Assets (Furniture, Electronics, Pc, Etc.) To Ecological Disposal And Ensure This Disposal; However, The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Not The Disposal Of Hazardous Waste.
